Only slight issue was my shower water didn’t get hot, only lukewarm.

Amazing location, close to train station, tram, buses, restaurants, etc. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful views at the pool and gym. Great value especially for the price.

Air con didn’t seem to go down to a very low temperature-ie not below 23. Pool wasn’t open much due to ‘thunderstorm’ warnings on very sunny days but I believe that’s the government rules.

Great location next to Tin Hau MTR. comfortable rooms; well-looked after. Everything you’d need.

The location was very close to transportation. Our room on a high floor had a great view. The swimming pool which from memory was on the 39th floor, also had a great view

Pillows were far too soft and water station to refill water. I understand why they’re doing it. But sometimes when you’re in a rush and you want to have some water with your medication, it’s just not readily available.

not on a busy area like central Chose the hotel because of the pool but pool closed for our entire stay because of thunderstorms warming. No breakfast option. price was on the high side

Its clean, bed is comfortable, and the location is right across Tin Hau MTR station. There’s also a pharmacy, Starbucks and other shops close by which makes it very convenient.

Waiting time for elevators can be a bit long and elevator can be crowded

Heard good feedback about this place so I booked it this time we are passing by Hong Kong. In addition it was close to the place I lived when I was working in Hong Kong. Good experience and we got a free upgrade. Room is comfortable and nice view from the rooftop pool

The staff (man) very bad attitude. Show his unhappy face when I asked for help concerning my luggage stored in their facilities before my room was ready for checked in as we arrived early. If he not like attend to people request, please do not be in service line.

Location is superb. Near MTR, Bus station and Tram station. Many restaurants nearby. Great room (suite).

Lifts are very slow and you have to wait for minutes before using them. Swimming pool is very little, but anyway it is for the use you can do it. It would be nice to have a bar located there.

The hotel is really close to the public transportation (bus, tram and MTR) and the staff are really kind. The room is confortable and clean. Very useful and sustainable to have water machine located at every floor and water bottles in the room at your disposal.

The elevators are generally slow, so allow time for the wait.

The location is excellent, only steps away from bus and tram stops and the Tin Hau MTR station. The room and bathroom are clean and quite spacious by Hong Kong standard, especially at this price point. The staff, from the reception to the housekeepers, are friendly, professional and attentive. We upgraded to a deluxe room for the last few nights and it's a totally worthwhile splurge as the view from the upper floors is awesome. There's no coffee shop in the hotel but it's not a real problem because there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops withing a short walking distance.
