nothing, it was all terrible..

Please don't recommend hotel like this, the place was sucks, It's really disgusting!, disappointing, there's cockroaches, the smell of everything from the building, elevator, hallway, room was sucks!, It's terrible. Please don't introduce hotels that will bring nightmares to your valuable clients who're investing a lot to have a good, fun, safe and good memorable trip.

Here’s a smoother version of your message: --- Regarding accommodation, I understand how things can be in Hong Kong, but I must say that even in the most remote and impoverished areas of Africa, I have never experienced a room costing HK$500 per night with such poor conditions. The room was tiny—just 4 square meters—and the bathroom was combined with it, making it impossible to avoid the unpleasant odors. The lack of proper ventilation made it hard to breathe, and the A/C was either freezing cold or left the room sweltering hot. I found myself forced to keep the door open for fresh air, which compromised my safety. After a night of discomfort, I politely requested a refund for my remaining four nights. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unhelpful and coldly informed me that I wouldn't receive a penny back. Honestly, even the most basic jail in a poor region of Africa is more accommodating—at least there, people can breathe fresh air and stay for free. I hope Hong Kong’s concerned Ministry of Tourism will step in and make this right!

The bed is very comfy! Our whole stay was a blast! It exceeded our expectation. Their beds are like five star quality! If you are totally tired because of your whole day tour outside, and you have a very comfy bed what else can u asked for?

I knew frim the start the size of the room, but I was surprised then by seeing how it is too small, if you want a more SPACIOUS room this is not for you but AGAIN, if you want a very comfy bed…. This one is really really highly RECOMMENDED! STAFF, BED, CLEANLINESS is a 5 star for us!!!!

I booked a private bedroom with a private shower and was placed in Building E, 3rd floor. It might be less crowded cuz I never had to wait long for the lift. Honestly, for the price I paid, it was exactly what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. I chose this kind of accommodation because I knew I wouldn't be staying in much : I spent all my time outside and only came back at night to sleep and shower. I was a bit worried at first since it was Chungking Mansions, but honestly, it was clean—no cockroaches, clean bedsheets, and everything was fine :)

Someone was smoking during the last two days ! so annoying! Now all my clothes smell. Also, the room isn’t very well soundproofed, so you might experience some noise or discomfort between 7 and 9 AM.

I booked at New Day Night Hostel but they Place me in a different Hostel… they said its the same Company the name was „PRESTIGE GUEST HOUSE“. The room didn‘t Even had a window.

I didn't like anything. It's a disgraceful place. The rooms are not clean and not just me, everyone is complaining. The staff is very rude and sullen.

Next to a station.

this is the worst place I ever had to deal with. they take the money straight from the card, so you can't pay cash the second the door is coming of it hinges and the third is they don't like to check the camera. but I know someone stole from my room, so be warned the police have been informed.

I didn’t like the property at all.

The property is located in a very unsecured site where people are constantly hustling. I had trouble finding it from the street since there is no signage. You will get inside this creepy alleyway with random shops that feel like you’re in a wet market.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are kinda small, but for the price I paid, it was fair enough. I only needed a room by myself with a comfortable bed and a private bathrooom with hot water. Everything was there and functioning correctly.

Taking the elevator is kinda messy. It's small, and there are only 2 for the whole D section. Taking the stairs is not an option because they are dirty.
