Lovely hotel in a superb location

The location is a bit far from the MTR. It is not convenient if you are carry heavy stuff. If you are walking towards the hotel, you might be able to use the bridge to minimise the hassle. However, if you are travelling towards the MTR, it will be a nightmare as there are many stairs to handle.

The location is great as it is near to places for shopping and eating.

Great trendy location with lots of bars and restaurants very close by. The room was clean and cool when we arrived a great welcome after a long flight. Would highly recommended going for the bigger one bedroom units. Will definitely be staying again.

Hotel is well located, close to bars, restaurants, 7 min walk to Sheung Wan subway station, walking distance to Western market, Ferry to Macau and Peak Tram. Rooms were also nice, clean, with coffee, tea machine, little fridge. We were on 18th floor and still got some street noise but overall, the rooms are well insulated and the noise is limited.

Everything was fab

Great, spacious flat in the heart of Hong Kong. I was expecting a room but actually it's a small apartment which is also perfectly equipped for a longer stay. The bed was super comfy, the shower was amazing, and the whole feel of the place was cozy and comfy - i didn't feel like leaving this place. Looking forward to coming back here next time

No water provided in the rooms I know there is a law for no plastic bottles but other hotels provide cans of water in the room, for the price this would have been a nice addition. As I arrived at 1am and then had to go back out to buy water

Not many common areas to enjoy.

Excellent location in the heart of LKF with a multitude of options of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance of the hotel. Room was spacious, kitchenette came with some free items and bathroom was clean and spacious.

Everything was great!

We booked the suite and upon check-in the staff upgraded us to the Chaplin Suite, their biggest one. The suite was huge, and we loved the location and the elegant interior design. The staff went above and beyond before, during and after our stay. We would definitely come back to stay there again in our next visit!

We stayed at Hotel Madera hotel for four nights and I can’t give enough praise to this hotel. They had a lot of little touches that make the experience great. The front desks responsiveness to messages via WhatsApp for every question was prompt and kind. The amazing rooms are well decorated and have everything you need. The gym is also very well stocked and clean. You can easily get there from Hong Kong station via central escalators and so many amazing restaurants within 100 meters of this hotel Once again big thanks to Madera for going above and beyond. Next time we’re in Hong Kong we’ll visit again.

Ideal location in the very center. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Also a few steps from the street escalator, which makes it much easier to get up there.

Location: Unbeatable. A few minutes walk from Central Station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Absolutely spoilt for choice. Room / Bathroom: One of the largest hotel rooms you'd find in HK at these prices. And the bathroom is huge! Great value for money. Highly recommend staying here if you wish to explore HK.

This is my second time in this property. As last year, I came for Hong Kong Art Week. The location for galleries and after parties is unbeatable. I like that I had more space than the usual hotel rooms.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Central—one of the best areas to stay in Hong Kong! It’s just a short walk from an incredible variety of restaurants, offering both local and international cuisine at different price points. As we did, you can enjoy a new culinary experience at every meal. In terms of transportation, the hotel offers great convenience. The metro station is just steps away, making it incredibly easy to reach all the must-see attractions. Access to the airport is also very straightforward. Now, about the hotel itself—the staff deserves the highest praise! They are extremely helpful, answering every question in detail and always ready to assist. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this hotel exceeds expectations in that regard, standing out from many others. The rooms are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. We truly felt as comfortable as we do at home. A huge thank you to everyone—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff—for making our stay so enjoyable!

I would have been a healthier option to have the lounge fridge stocked with water. This is preferable to soda. Tea and coffee are provided so it would be a bonus to have milk , instead of coffee creamer.

A boutique hotel with personality A refreshing change from the big name brand hotels. Very spacious set up with a large bathroom., sitting room and a luxurious bedroom. . The shower is immense and is equipped with jets and enormous rain shower head. There is a small kitchenette area with a fridge and washing machine. It is obvious that this careful attention to detail creates a living space that a discerning guest can appreciate. I am already looking forward to my next stay
