It was all great to be honest but if I had to say it would be that the gym was a bit small.

Location was great. So many cafes and eateries nearby. Easy to just walk out of the hotel and wonder around the neighbourhood. The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Nothing really access is a bit difficult when the roads are busy but minor detail.

Room was spacious for Hong Kong Standards, View was incredible exactly as described. Staff were very helpful and the surrounding area has anything you need supermarkets, restos, cafes, all in all thoroughly enjoyed staying here and loved coming back to the apartment after a full day outdoors and relaxing with the view. Cooking facilities is perfect as we have two young kids who never stop eating.

The hotel for a service hotel has limited facilities. The gym was adequate but dated and lacking in full gym facility. There is also a lounge area on the same floor. For longer stay laundry facilities would be idea. The reception staff was very helpful but not overly friendly, understandable as they are managing quite a large property spread over three buidlings but maybe a smile would go a long way. They also charged for extra duvet which we thought was abit much for a 4 star property. The kitchen has an extraction fan but no cooker???? Also the rooms and bathrooms need abit of touch up as its showing it age.

We were family of four and manage to book two rooms / suites at the property. The property is part hotel and service apartment so there are 2 bedroom apartment(s) for hire but those seem to booked up by longer term stay so wasn't available at our time of booking. The property is ideally located in the Tai Hang quaint area with lots of local shops and restaurants. Also a short walk to island line at Tin Hau station. One of our suite was the larger ocean view and it was spacious with separate living and dining room.

There is nothing about this hotel that I did not like or which did not meet my expectations. In all aspects, my expectations were exceeded. I really cannot fault this hotel, the staff, the location or the value for money.

Fantastic view over Causeway Bay. A quiet location very close to central Hong Kong - just a 3 minute walk to the nearest MTR station (Tin Hau). Super comfortable bed and a really decent sized and well appointed room from a Hong Kong perspective. The shower was super powerful - always a great bonus. The staff were very professional and courteous and resolved all small requests for assistance immediately.

Small thing: the bathtub didn't close - the stopper would just pop back up. I only attempted a bath late on my final night, so I realised this late. I'm sure that if I had tried to have a bath earlier in my stay, they would have fixed it as quickly as they attended to everything else. But the shower was so great that I didn't even feel bad about not having a bath.

The view was incredible! You see the harbour; the boats and ships look lovely in the day and even better at night. The staff were so professional, and very quick to attend to any and every request we had. Even when they didn't have what we needed, they called back again with a resourceful plan B. The location is great - it's in a not-so-touristy area, and close to many shops. We found everything we needed within walking distance: groceries, pharmacies, train station, restaurants, and many more. The in-house bar and lounge, Tipsy, had sensational food! And if you're staying at Little Tai Hang, you get a discount there. The happy hour really is a happy hour, with big cuts on prices. Service was quick and impeccable. The room was spacious enough, compared to many other places in Hong Kong. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed: ironing board and iron, hair dryer, a safe for valuable items, bedside lamps and drawers. The kitchen was well stocked: we had a fridge and freezer, tea and coffee making facilities, complementary tea and coffee, sugar and milk... a stove, all cutlery and crockery including plates and bowls, wine glasses, tumblers and tall glasses. There was enough storage space too. I loved the fun and creative decorative theme of the place. The shower was fantastic - great pressure. And they had the loveliest smelling body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We also never ran out of clean clothes because we had a washing machine, which came in clutch. I highly recommend this place for a long or short stay.

Staff were helpful and professional, though some did seem a bit tired—perhaps working long shifts. A few more smiles would have made the experience even warmer, but we appreciated their support throughout our stay.

We loved our stay! The beautiful interior design made us feel right at home, even though we were far away. The view overlooking Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect—peaceful yet so convenient, with easy access to public transport. We especially enjoyed being surrounded by charming old buildings, historic temples, and the unique character of the neighbourhood.

Air conditioner outlet is exactly on the top of the bed, is too cold for sleeping.

The staff are super helpful and nice. Good location, not at a busy road but easy to reach to downtown. With Laundry Room which is so much easy for a long stay.

Beautiful view from the room! Gym is equipped with good machines. Hotel is located in the quiet side of Tin Hau MTR! Quite a number of interesting restaurants and cafes around the area.
