Por otra parte, en la valoración se pueden dar "subpuntuaciones" individuales sobre aspectos importantes, como la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal, el confort, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la wifi gratuita. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Se cortó el agua desde las 20 hrs hasta pasado las 10 am de, día siguiente, no nos dejaron ninguna botella de agua como apoyo. Al día siguiente por la ,añana tuvimos que ir a bañarnos a los baños de servicio del piso -2, estaba limpio, con toallas y chalitas nuevas. Pero no me hicieron ninguna botella descuento ni gratificación por las molestias causadas.

Principalmente el tamaño de la habitación, es extremadamente pequeña al punto que no se puede ni pasar de un lado a otro, ni abrir las valijas para poder sacar algo, el personal es poco empatico y predispuesto, no te dejan agua de cortesía ni nada de todo lo que es habitual que los hoteles den en Asia, como por ejemplo los cepillos de dientes, peines, etc, te ofrecen estas cosas pero por cobro adicional, por lo que cuesta la noche deberían ofrecer un mejor servicio
