住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分,我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加,然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统,这意味着点评越新,对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外,住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”,例如:位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意,住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的,所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿,或者您曾到店但并未实际入住,都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评,请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现,我们会将其删除,并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外,无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告,我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下,无论是好评还是差评,我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是,我们不会展示(在其它内容中)包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论:
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息(如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料)
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒(如:假冒他人写评论)
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性,我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评,如果所示点评超过36个月,或者住宿发生所有权变更,我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评,最新的点评会显示在最顶部,但也取决于其他几个因素(例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等)。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选(例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等)。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有,我们将明确说明。
用户点评的规范及准则

所有原创内容应尽量面向全球用户。请勿使用任何不敬或亵渎性的词汇(及其变形或网络用语形式),不分语种。严禁发布任何带有憎恨性、歧视性、威胁、色情、暴力和煽动违法行为的点评及媒体。
所有内容均应由用户原创,且独一无二。真实且中肯的点评对其他用户最有帮助。您提交的内容应为您自己的原创。Booking.com的合作伙伴不得代表住客发表内容,或向客人提供任何形式的报酬以换取好评。严禁合作伙伴在竞争对手住宿页面提交恶意负面点评,拉低对方的综合评分。
尊重他人隐私。Booking.com会隐藏任何电子邮箱地址、电话号码、网站地址、社交媒体帐号等类似个人信息。
任何Booking.com用户及合作伙伴在这些原创内容中表达的观点,均属于其个人观点,与Booking.com无关。Booking.com对任何点评或点评回复不负任何责任。Booking.com仅为这些点评和点评回复提供发布平台,不负责验证。

真实点评booking和这家酒店都太差劲了,做事没交代。我们预定了三晚,最后一天临时加了一晚但随即因为工作得离开并联系酒店和booking帮我们改日期入住或退款,booking客服主动说帮忙联系酒店取消后消失不回信息并正常扣款!!!同时酒店也不回复说自己无法处理要自己联系,踢皮球一样!这种五钻酒店这种服务意识以及booking这种没交代的服务体系让我深感失望!奉劝别预定这种没有一点人文和服务的酒店,同时也别在booking上预定!

办理入住的员工几不友好,不在意服务可以选择这家。

真实点评地点可以,有地铁有公车,房间设施也还说得过去,对于这个价位,也不能挑剔,空调有些吵。
印象最深就是碰到几个前台办理入住人员,相当不友好!这是我在香港其他酒店从未经历的,给与这些服务人员超级差评。另外动不动就火警演戏,不知何故,非常影响休息。
