Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Franceit was the summer and very humid - there was a bit of humidity smell in the bed that the staff could not get rid off despite changing bedsheets and all but the rest was perfect
Like the staff attention, they are all awesome, location and cleanliness. we had a great time and it was just 5 min from office so very practical, also enjoyed the laundry room and the water filter machine in the room ( we bought the same one for our apartment)

United KingdomMy only thing is that it’s overlooked by other tall buildings and while there is a gauze “privacy curtain” it can be seen from the opposite side that this gauze curtain actually gives no privacy! Needs to be a double-gauze curtain.

we love everything about the place. We were able to rest well in our hotel after a long day. The entire property is clean, staff are accommodating, very convenient with MTR nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from. Also, there is free nespresso coffee and tea at the lobby!

Convenient location with lots of selection of restaurants around. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Self service free laundry is a big plus for a long trip. The suite is spacious for two people. Got an upgrade to a larger suite for free.
