If there was one thing, we would prefer the room to be bigger. It was quite small for a 4 member family.

All the experience was amazing for kids !! They loved it! There were a lot of things to do, we enjoyed the swimming pool and most of all they were excited with the Disney character visit on breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and it had everything we need. The location was also convenient for us because we could see all the attractions we wanted (except of disneyland) and the access was easy. We mainly use taxi. We preferred that we stayed in a more kids friendly environment than more close to other attractions. The whole experience was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room is big and comfortable. A water dispenser is provided in the room which really helped. And the dinner buffet at Ink & Plate is delicious! We loved our stay here. 🥰

The room we booked was including breakfast. In the fine print it was 2 Adults only so we had to pay for our child. I guess need to be reading the fine print more closely.

We took the room on the higher floors with Mickey and Minnie theme. Whilst the room was good sized and great it only lacked a cupboard. No other complaints apart from that. The breakfast was great with a large spread for both kids and adults.

We had stayed in this property more than 10 years ago. However, there are some observations that I've made that, I hope, the property's management can look into. 1. At the time of booking, I had some queries but that were not replied by either its staff or the management. In the end, I have obtained the answers from Booking.com instead. It is a suggestion that the property's staff should be empowered to reply to queries. 2. Also, boarding unto the Shuttle Bus can be made more orderly especially in the night where after the fireworks where hoards of hotel guests queued to board the bus back to their respective hotel. What I have observed was that some bus drivers who only allowed boarding via the front entrance, in which the queue was orderly. However, those drivers who allowed boarding at both the front AND the mid-section of the bus, resulted in unruly behaviour of the guests wanting to board the bus at the first instance because of the Fear-Of-Missing-Out (FOMO) syndrome. In some cases, there were jostling among adults. To prevent accidents or altercations, it is suggested that the Property lays strict directive to its drivers that boarding should ONLY be via the front entrance of the bus. These are the 2 observations that I have gathered in my recent stay (13 Jul 2025) with the Property. Date of Review: 13 Aug 2025

The hair blower was cold. It doesn't get hot at all. They should also give free water to those who came in early or at least a paper cup because not everyone brings their own tumbler.

Everything was nice, especially for kids. There's a lot of fun activities to do at the hotel which excites my son since it was raining hard and we couldn't go to the park right away. The amenities were nice as well and the pool even though we didn't get to swim because of the heavy rain.
