Regarding breakfast, we’re sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations. We’ve shared your comments with our F&B team to ensure food temperature and quality are consistently maintained. For water refills, we currently provide dispensers in the lobby to reduce single-use plastic waste. We understand the inconvenience and will explore ways to improve accessibility for guests staying on higher floors. Lastly, Cosmo Hotel is located between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, just an 8-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR station. To ensure a hassle-free stay, we also offer a complimentary hotel shuttle bus to key destinations including Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, and Central, with stops near MTR stations.
