Great location near big shopping malls, many eateries and convenience stores, very friendly staff. Good sound isolation, fridge and microwave on every floor. Polite cleaner ladies, they don't go into the room if you are there. Rooms are very basic, bedding can be old but it's a great value for money in Hong Kong.

Everything is great, but it was a bit difficult to understand how to enter the building, as I later understood, you need to choose a floor and a letter and call the reception, then go up to the 3rd floor and turn left. I hope I'm not mistaken!

Great hotel, which is located in a super convenient place. Nearby is a bus stop to the airport, metro, a large selection of shops and the embankment. The rooms are small, everything was clean, there is air conditioning, adapters, a hair dryer! For such a price it is just perfect for Hong Kong, especially if you only need a hotel for sleeping. Very nice staff, we were allowed to leave our suitcases until our flight! Also, every day they took out the trash. Thanks to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality!

Location is perfect for exploring the city. Very close to the MRT, restaurants and shopping malls. The staff are friendly, welcoming and flexible . Excellent value for money, comfortable and clean.

Great value for money. The property has an excellent location, 5 min from metro station of Causeway. Nice area to go out or just for drinks on rooftops. The staff was friendly.

The construction upstairs can really bother you especially in the morning. If you're out most of the day then it shouldn't matter to you as much. The reception is also not 24/7 so be aware that you should plan your arrivals prior to the check in cut-off time.

I like that it was close to the MTR and buses. It's also near the A11 bus to the airport and a plethora of restaurants. Value for money since you can never find places as affordable as this with a lot of amenities (like free water, slippers, soap), and with a private bath.

The decor is very tired, they’d had a leak in the past so the ceiling was stained, a little unsightly. A touch of paint is required.

The property is in a residential block so was secure. Room was small but had a washing machine and fridge. Lady was friendly at check in and security staff were friendly too.

Beware of the noise as it's located next to a major road and the insulation overall in the building isn't great but with earplugs/noise cancelling headphones it's fine - small thing but there's only a ceiling lamp, white light so it's giving hospital vibes, bring a night lamp or something

The room was small but clean. I came here on January which still on winter and very windy with 6 degree celsius at night, the room was so cold and there's no heater in the room.

The location is very perfect for family trip. It's very near to the MTR , bus stop, shopping mall, and restaurants.

-bed was very hard for us. -room was small and it was difficult to find space to store our things since there was no closet and places to hang our jackets. -hot water would sometimes cut off after a few minutes of use.

We visited in December and although it was Hong Kong, it got cold and thus it was a bit uncomfortable at nights.

The location was perfect since it was really close to the center and wan chai. It is also a 15 minute walk from the wan chai ferry pier, making it easy to cross to the other side of the city. The value for money is unbeatable due to the extreme rents in Hong Kong. The landlady was really kind.
