Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Thailandvery small and feel dirty from the floor. bathroom too small and doesn’t manage well. the wet part was separated by plastic curtain so when you shower it flood to the dry zone (toilet). in Europe was small too but much better well managed. staff is not friendly anymore.
good location. it’s 2 glossaries near by for 1-2mins walk and 7-10min from subway.

United States2 staff at reception, one worked at desk, and the other was on phone when my turn to check-in, I waited for 10 minutes. The room was full of smoke after I opened the door, I went back to reception to change room. Got a room with 2 single beds instead of my preferred 1large bed.

IndonesiaThe receptionist during checked in, the young girl with glasses was rude. I was didn't clear when she was saying about check out time but what she did after that was raising her voice like shouting at me. I'm not deaf for godsake and thats really impolite.

FranceThe room are quite small but ok if you are alone. asked for a large queen bed when booking, but finally got 2 separated beds... disappointing.
The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to metro, within Tsim Sha Tsui living life (day and nights). Break fast is basic, but ok for starting the day. All needs in the room, even if it's quite old fashioned. Worth it for the price. Some good restaurants around, including some Bib Michelin.

South KoreaThe room layout could be improved. For example, the water heater, tea, and coffee were placed at a location where there was no socket. There was a small refrigerator, but I think it was not working. I also had a problem with being double-charged because of a delay with inputting my card details. I expected the hotel to somehow explain to me the situation, but they provided little to no help. In the end, I had to figure things out by myself and understand how the payment system work.
The location was a few-minute walk from my destination, so it was really very convenient. I liked how the hotel adhered to sustainability efforts by minimizing single-use product usage. Nevertheless, one can easily buy the essentials at a machine on the second floor.
