The room was ok but there were bugs. I even found a cockroach running around the room the second night. I called the staff who came quickly but they couldn’t find the cockroach as it was hidden so I had to spend the night knowing there was a cockroach around. I couldn’t sleep and finally found it and killed it by the bathroom. The next day I went out to work meetings and returned at 3 pm and the room had not been cleaned and the dead cockroach was still there (I had not left the “not disturb” sign in the door). I had to call reception for them to finally send someone to clean. It was a terrible experience. The staff the day after called to apologize and sent me a charcuterie board and a cocktail to compensate the situation but the experience was bad enough

The elegance of the place and the staff where very kind and knowledgeable.

We did not have the view we requested and trying to find the parking was challenging.

Excellent hotel! Love everything! From room, check in/out. Mostly LOVE the spa! Pool, jacuzzi, steam room!! Will recommend friends/relatives. WILL COME BACK AGAIN!!! 👍

I just want to let you know that the people at the property are kind and it was my wife's birthday and Miss Angelica sent a very nice congratulatory greeting to my wife. Mr. Miguel and the staff at the Cafetal restaurant also sang my wife's birthday. It was a very nice day. Thank you.

I just want to let you know that the people at the property are friendly. Until I had an experience, the Cafetal restaurant had my bill open, but I paid for a breakfast at the restaurant for a guest that I brought, and then I discussed it with Angelica if I had the bill open. But the next day, June 22, I felt harassed by the group of restaurant managers. Mr. Javier called me to ask for the receipt that I had paid.

Location, very clean and breakfast was great, staff was very cordial.

O really enjoyed my time there , next I will staying for 2 weeks. Was the perfect place for I will recommend to my friends.

We liked the big pool, the comfy beds and the restaurant Gianni's right next to the hotel. The fitness was also very nice. Breakfast buffet was big and had everything we wished for.

The music by the pool was too loud. Additionally we thought that the prices of the food on the menu by the pool were too expensive for what it was, but the food was good.

I loved the premises and location. Very clean and attentive staff. I traveled with my daughter and she enjoyed the pool and breakfast. I would come back any time. The Westin exceeded my expectations.
