They didn’t have elevator to carry the bags so it was tiring. Lady at the front desk was very rude…

The shower and bathroom were not very pretty and the shower clogged up. The room did not have a lot of light and the window led to a hallway.

The hotel seemed in reasonably good shape.

No A/C. No batteries on remote. Location isn’t great, kind of isolated.

The sheets on the bed had holes in them and someone else’s hair. Also the bedroom didn’t have any kind of ventilation and the windows in the bathroom led directly to the reception area/garage.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! A good place to rest for one night before flying out. Ample closet space and clean.

I like the safety and quietness of the location. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean.

Constructive feedback. Cleaning staff too loud in the mornings. Needs to workoup the noise between rooms and common areas. The restaurant staff should be more active with customer service. Please make a stronger coffee. Our room, room 309 has the bathroom sink with a lot of mold around the faucet. Would be worthy having a hair dryer, an iron, and a microondas

Not suitable for people who are unable to climb stairs. Very steep. No proper entrance, it was just a couple of garage doors. We didn't see any instructions. In the end we only got the doors open by telephoning them. Location not great. You needed a car or taxis to get anywhere.

Value for money. Restaurant was fine, but limited.

I prefer other parts of Zone 10 that have more shops, banks & restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is all tile - walls, floor, stairs which is nice but loud. The sound of every footstep reverberates through the hallway where our room was located. Some small children arrived & were allowed to run up & down the hall yelling, both in the evening & early morning. Also, workman arrived around 0730 & blasted their radio. I believe there are quieter rooms in other areas of the hotel. Our room was right off the main hallway to reception & the restaurant. Wifi was too weak in our room to be usable but okay in common areas.

Very clean: nice staff; on site restaurant. Good hot water. Bed okay. Very good if you are arriving in the evening as the on site restaurant is open until 2200. Very nice patio at the restaurant.

The location is not very central, and some things didn’t work properly like the Wi-Fi and the TV didn’t have either cable nor Netflix or anything. The room we got was tiny really but ok on the whole.

Lot of stairs not adequate for handicap people or elders. Lot of humidity keeps trapped in the room to due the lack of vents

We barely interacted with the staff but did see how they prioritized foreign-looking people - perhaps it is the best place for domestic travelers.

The location was nice and very private - interaction with the staff was limited but we still managed to arrive later at night and they opened the door for us.

you could listen to what was happening outside, the room is not accessible at all. There are a lot of stairs from the reception to the rooms.

It was a little far from the centre of Zone 10 (35min walk). The front of it doesn't look like a hotel so was a little confusing when we arrived late at night. You have to ring the bell bedside the door to be let in.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's close to the airport and is in a safe area. There is a 24h reception and the staff were kind and helpful in booking taxis. The shower had good water pressure and was hot.
