The staff have been very friendly, also the hotel is not so far away from the main square.

Awful experience, I moved to another hotel! The only thing I regret is that I decided to move so late, I am still asking myself how I survived those 3 nights... No window - just a small window went to the corridor, which doesn't give any air but the lack of a curtain gives you constant bright light at night. Basically, no air to breath but full of noises and light pollution at night. Wall mould! Both, the room and the bathroom. Not a clever way of putting a main ceiling wall above a ceiling fan - you can feel like a discotheque.. Impossible to use it with a fan Also No service room. Upper terrace (from the hotel's photos - out of use) Truly awful experience. I am sorry to write such a bad review but management needs to do necessary challenges.

    The location

There were no windows so the air was really bad in the rooms, also it smelt like paint. In addition, we had a cockroach in the room and during the night there were TV sounds from the other guest or employees because the walls are thin and you hear not only the street noises but also everything from the neighbours. There were also no real common areas to chill apart from a roof terrace that was flooded and had no lights.

We arrived there at night, we called many times and no one answer the phone, nor open the door for us. Terrible experience!

Allow dogs. Had a private bathroom

The room, the service and the facilities in general. Room was dark and without ventilation; with a small window facing the corridor - so if you're sensitive to light, you won't be able to sleep. There is a rooftop bar which was a bit loud for me. The staff at check-in wasn't very welcoming. I am traveling with a service dog and I informed the hotel on time. They said that my dog was welcomed. No fee was asked nor mentioned beforehand. When I was checking-in, the amount to be paid was more than I expected and when I asked why, they mentioned the fee for the dog - which was HALF of the price of the room. For the same total price, there are better hotels, with better service and better located. The morning after, I changed to a different hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist even offered to escort us to the shop when it was dark, bar on top, very close to mercado and historic district, very good value for the price, clean bathroom great materials, great for 1-2 night to discover the historic center; zone 1 was not as bad as everyone was saying

Cheapest rooms on groundfloor are noisy, and very humid, windows to the corridor, ventilator which need to keep going non stop below the light is killling your brain - people with epilepsy dont book it

    Anything was good.

We arrived at 3 am at the hotel and they opened the door 20 minutes after we arrived. The hotel was dirty, die insects where on the floor and they gave us a room that was occupied The hotel pictures look good, but our room has not windows, smell really bad, and the light was poor.
