Water filters in room use clay filters which may be fine but don’t necessarily filter for parasites or viruses so we struggled with filtered water access. The gym was incredibly limited and small that made it almost unusable if even 1 person was using the weights. Some people brought in kids to play and that was annoying that the staff did not ask them to monitor and leave the gym for guests wanting to workout not play. The staff in general seemed standoff-ish and not very hospitable. A lot of young staff members were seen just hanging out and would leave the towel lending area often. The food and dessert at the restaurant was somewhat mediocre especially given the cost. The shower water was extremely hot or extremely cold and made showers unpleasant! If you are a light sleeper definitely get a second floor room. If anyone is above you the ceiling does not really dampen any noise. Would be ideal for the hotel to strategically use its rooms better to place families with children near each other and adult only rooms separate (second floor vs below kids running around). Even though the hotel was fairly empty they still wanted to charge us for a late check out so we took them up on our 1 hour courtesy and checked out.

The property has a lot of amenities for kids, lots of outdoor seating, breakfast included in our booking was plentiful and good. Access was pretty easy and a short walk to any shops and restaurants.

I could not doing anything, I'm in a country where I did not speak a lot of Spanish. I was charge in dollars and not Q and was over priced. Next time I'll make sure to pay in Q and get enough Q to pay for services and food. they were also canceling my guest reservation and having them booked at a higher price.

the breakfast was ok, I did not stay onsite to enjoy the property. I was busy planning my daughter's wedding. I think I was over priced, my visitors came in in early morning due to their flight and needed to eat and they had to pay for their breakfast even though they were staying there. we also book including breakfast but when we got there, they told us that breakfast was not included. I had over 50 guest staying there.

the breakfast was fine, we went there for my daughter's wedding, initially we were treated shabbily due to language barrier. we were over priced and they would not allow anyone to have breakfast but it was not time. they travelled from NY and all over the world and the check in was not until 3pm and breakfast was included but they were not allowed. they would have to pay for that breakfast. children were not exempted.

I got the feeling that it was overpaid. And the breakfast included was just the buffet at the restaurant it didn't include room service, which wasn't specified. I ordered room service and the food was outstanding, but the waitress called me around 4 times in less than a minute even when I already answered the first time.

Terrible customer service. They charged us twice for the total cost of our stay at the hotel, and we haven’t recovered our money over a month later. Also, the accommodation itself wasn’t worth the price - average quality services and food. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it given the vast amount of alternatives in town.
