Everything good. Nice place. Good also to organize a visit to Tikal.

All was ok :) For good cheap local food go on the hill, very close.

We do not spend much time in the room as it was so much to see. All was ok.

room was advertised as two beds and balcony, with sea view. room had no view. ,balcony rooms were given to others already.

The location has many amenities around. Laundry, restaurants, Grocery store and Pubs. Cheapest Hotel around!

I wanted to leave at 5:30 in the morning and they charged me 80q for one extra person but I was alone in my room and I tried to explain it but the door was locked so there was no chance of getting out so I had to pay otherwise I would’ve missed my shuttle. I felt really uncomfortable and they used their power

the lady at the reception was very sweet and we managed to book our trip to Tikal, even when we had a little bit of misunderstanding because of the language barrier, she called the agency and rebooked our trip with no problem overall I would say it was clean but the facilities were old there is a barrel with free water available in the kitchen

the fan we had in our room looked like it was going to fall down from the ceiling any minute lol, we had the room upstairs next to a nice terrace which some very loud people occupied for the night, that is not the hostel’s fault tho

In the centre, you can reach everything in less than 5 minutes!

Really little basic room, without window. Dirty is the key-word.

There's nothing that could justify the dirt. The bathroom was awful, some spots not even touched after the use, ants, disgusting floor. I booked a room with the balcony and got one with the window overlooking the corridor and a fan stocked into it which didn't allow to close it. It was loud for most of the time and the light from the corridor lit up the room. I asked to cancel the second night and was assured that I need to come in the morning and I will get my money back. It didn't happen the next day on other lady who was at the reception was clearly not happy about it and said that I have to cancel my booking what was impossible on the website so I contacted booking and it took too long so I didn't get my money back

Good location. But the island is so small that it can be said of almost any place.

Value. Your money is better spent in a hostel.

The noisy location on the road meant that any sleep was difficult. The kitchen was also poor.

The quality you get for the price you pay is decent. Shower was nice and warm. Even when we went out to Tikal just after 4 AM and to Belize at 5:30 AM there was someone at reception. The bed was comfortable. Nice warm shower.

We could clearly hear all noise from the street, it sounded likr we were standing on the street while we tried to sleep. There were some cockroaches in the room. The sheets were very thin.

The room I stayed in was single. Cleanliness was poor and bugs flooded the room. Moreover, the sheets and pillows were very filthy. The shower and toilet were terrible. The waters were constantly coming and going. It was unreasonable to take a shower because the water flowed very little.there is a kitchen, not a good hotel for a traveler, but he does not know that there is a kitchen.Moreover, the employees are very disinterested and rude

The night porter was great - I needed to catch a really early bus back to Belize the following morning, and he helped me get in touch with a local taxi

No vending, coffee and refreshment facilities, and either the toilet or shower were leaking in the bathroom.
