This is a MUST STAY!!! I've been all over the world and I absolutely LOVE it here!!! It's beautiful, clean, with AMAZING service (thanks Stephanie!). The most thoughtful little notes at night with real turn down service and a chocolate on your pillow! 10/10. Includes breakfast which is delicious with a huge selection. We already booked to come back. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay in this idyllic city we've come to love ❤️

Also, they take the currency exchange to a different rate, so when they charged my card in their local currency it ended up being more than what my original reservation said it would be in US $.
Facilities are beautifully designed and maintained. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast has plenty of options. They go the extra mile offering umbrellas for guest use since area is rainy. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Also, we got a treat every day in our room after they cleaned it! Highly recommend!

From the moment Gloria and I walked in, we were greeted by waiters and staff Esdras, Brenda, Guisella, Jemy, Angelica, Alfredo, Elias, Zolin, Becky, and the amazing women rockstars at the SPA affiliated with Los Pasos. I was so amazed with the property and the room was MUCH more spacious than we thought. We stayed the perfect amount of nights and were treated like royalty by the most appreciative and pleasant staff. I will be seeing you all again next year and thank you SO much for a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel with soothing fountains in the many courtyards. Helpful staff, great location, nice quality breakfast. Would be happy to stay again.
