NO WIFI IN ROOMS!! They need $300 of WiFi repeaters. Food was 6 out of 10. But ‘hamburger’ inedible.

Literally nothing, obsessed with it all.

What didn’t I like? The place was gorgeous, clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and great prices! 1000% would stay again.

The hotel was one of the best of the area, so no complaints.

The room was big, with an amazing bed and pillows. The breakfast included was delicious. The pool looked a bit dirty, but they said it was because of the season. The location it is a bit far from the main town Lanquin, which is not so pretty. It is a place to go to relax just in the hotel. You can visit the Semuc Champey reserve and enjoy the natural pools, which were amazing.

Some of the wood on the tent platforms was rotten and could be replaced.

There were mixed reviews about Guayaha and we were pleasnatly surprised! The staff were friendly and helpful, the tent was spacious and comfortable, and the shower/toilet block was spotlessly clean!

Excellent hotel; the rooms are very spacious, with a nice bathroom and balcony. It is a quite place to relax and enjoy visiting semuc champey and just relaxing at the pool after a long drive.

Some staff lacked hotel training. Variable food in the restaurant and it wasn’t cheap. You are a little way out of Lanquín so need a tuktuk but Lanquin is pretty poor so the luxury of this hotel is very welcome. There is nothing to do here except go to Semac Champey so 1-2 nites is plenty.

Beautiful setting and hotel, very new but using traditional stone and tiles so it sits nicely into its beautiful landscaped grounds. Great pool in 3 layers, mimicking Semac Champey. Our room was on the end so we had windows on two sides. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

The accommodation decided to revamp the only ablution block on the property at the time when everyone got back from Semuc Champey. It was uncomfortable to shower with paint cans and rollers everywhere and though we understood this maintenance is vital, the accommodation should look into building more ablution blocks for the tents as there are many tents

We went glamping and there was a slight smell of sewage in our tent. There are also a few lovely dogs in the property, but unfortunately they were barking at night for quite a long time.

The general facilities were great and clean, the food was delicious, the staff was very kind and accommodating.

The room don't have air conditioning and it's toooooo hot. impossible to sleep or stay inside the room.. It would be great if they installed air conditioning
