Nothing to add - our short stay was very good and we wished we had planned to stay for longer. It was a very comfortable hotel.

This was a very clean and well-positioned hotel in Flores. The facilities looked very good (great rooftop pool and bar/restaurant), however, we didn't get to use them as we only stayed for one night, arriving in the evening and leaving the next morning. The room had efficient AC and a TV and was perfect for our family. Great shower. We slept well. Staff helped us to organise a shuttle to Tikal.

The old plumping did a lot of noise not practical problem with the loo sometimes also we closed the door and something fell on our head in the bathroom and lots of aunt everywhere

Everything was Great !!

The hotel interior is spectacular, painted in beautiful colors and decorations are perfectly matching the vibe on the island ! Perfect location and incredible view of the lake ! The restaurants and the bakery are also amazing. Can't wait to go back ! This is one of the most beautiful hotels to stay in Flores.

A very positive and relaxed place that immediately puts you in a holiday mood. We felt comfortable and free to enjoy our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, and the free airport transfer was a great bonus. The rooftop bar and restaurant with sunset views created a special atmosphere – the food was tasty and fresh. Highly recommended!

No coffee in the room and no place to get coffee in the morning. We had early morning tour.

we didn't mind but there is no elevator. so if you have trouble with few stairs you might consider a room on the first floor.

very central with super lovely rooftop bar that has magnificent view of the island and the lake, also the roof swimming pull (not really for swimming but great for relaxing). the hotel has nice restaurant as well and the overall decoration is highly maintained and carries a lovely colonial style.

The hotel did not have an elevator, so you are carrying your luggage up 3 floors. The hotel is situated on a narrow street, so most of the cars do not come directly to the hotel. We had to carry our luggage from the airport shuttle for more than two blocks

Lots of stairs but that’s not anyone else’s fault. No elevator. And we did the Acatenango hike earlier.

Close to lots of good stuff. But everything on Flores is quite close! Options for food and drink in the same hotel. Good AC, pool is cool, small and pretty warm like bath water but that’s not a bad thing necessarily.

Everything was great

Beautifully decorated, the hotel was unique with a beachy vibe. We were served a delicious welcome drink while having a smoothly quick checkin. The rooftop bar restaurant overlooking the lake served great food and drinks and played excellent music. The on-site bakery cafe served great coffee and pastries. We loved our stay.
