The place is ok, the best part is the pool. The rooms are not clean on a daily basis. The hotel is pretty much serviced by a young crowd and they had no idea how to do a good customer service. They were not helpful when asked about the stay and requesting an extra day of stay(reason why we decided to go to a different hotel the extra night we had so we didn’t have to deal with any of them. The food was awful, no flavor and nothing fresh. Although breakfast is included they will charge you for even butter(not included in the breakfast)???? Our room was not serviced and it was of course with sand on the floor. The drinks at the swim up bar were not good and after they serve you one drink the bartender would disappear for an hour each time.

United StatesThis was a very nice hotel. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The beach was fine, but you can't get in the ocean in this area as the waves are too rough. The food was fine. The pool was amazing. The location was very remote. There is nothing around it to see. Nothing is in walking distance. This is not a complaint, but rather a fact to be aware of. They play loud music all day, so be aware of that. It has a pool party vibe all day. The wifi is not good at all, so be prepared to use an e-sim if you are a foreign visitor or just unplug for a few days. You should be able to speak decent Spanish when you visit as a foreign traveler since it seemed like very few people speak English in this area. It is a great place to relax for a few days while traveling the Monterrico area. I would happily return to this hotel in the future.

GuatemalaThe restaurant is very expensive, especially for the kids menu. I suggest placing two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, we were 6 people in the room, ran out of it and no one was available at night.
The place is beautiful, clean rooms and delicious breakfast.
