Erica and Ernesto and all of the staff are incredibly sweet and kind. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. It’s very peaceful. Close to the airport!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel is 20min walking distance from all the restaurants in Zona 10. The staff is incredibly nice. I arrived at 6am and rang the bell, being ready to wait on the street in case nobody would open, but Manuel opened the door with a smile on his face, the smile was always on his face, always up for a chat and very helpful with all the information. The room is very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is really nice, I loved it! And they always offered more coffee. There's also a nice little terrace where you can relax...

We stayed in a three-bedroom room in the interior so there were no exterior windows or natural light. The overhead lights would flicker at times, which was a little annoying, unsure if this was just an electrical thing or if the light bulbs needed changing. Also, it was pretty cold in the room, especially the floor. Some rugs would go a long way.

Great location and delicious breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the shower was hot and good pressure. TV worked well and extra blankets were provided.

I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)

Close to the airport <10mins. Clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. My shuttle pickup was late for 40mins and one of the staff waited with me at the gate. It's 25mins uber ride to the historical center / Plaza de la Constitution.

The bathroom was not a 100% clean.

The hotel is located in the safe zona 10, restaurants and shops are in 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel is safe and cozy, the room is alright for a short stay to explore the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is yummy.

Very safe location, within walking distance of 2 malls. Staff very helpful especially Ernesto as mentioned in other comments here! Breakfast was included with the reservation and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

The manager was terrific...friendly, helpful, spoke excellent English, always available...I needed a wakeup call at 4 am (to get to airport) & a taxi...he was up at 4, the taxi was outside...plus, he gave excellent tips on where to eat, etc...super service!

Overall decent place and satisfied with the place, this is not a 5 stars hotel as listed ! This is a small family business with limited number of rooms and facilities, if you are looking for a clean comfortable room in a nice safe location for a reasonable price you will not be disappointed

Lovely, clean hostel with very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. I sprained my ankle on my first day in Guatemala City and Ernesto went above and beyond to help me. His English is impeccable. Highly recommended!
