Very clean hostel, showers were hot and powerful which was much needed after the hike! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Leonel helped us out a lot in the mornings before shuttles and Claudia in the day with laundry and general help around the area!

I didn't love the kitchen having an entrance through the dorm, it made it loud. Could have privacy curtains also

Staff was attentive, flexible, and kind. Free breakfast was varied and delicious. Bed was comfortable, with lockers and the room was quite big which made it super comfy with a large amount of people. The kitchen seemed quite decent too, although I didn't use it.

Central location. We booked with very short notice due to another accommodation falling through and they not only accepted the booking but also gave us an early check-in! Great customer service. Shared bathroom facilities and room were clean and good value. Room was also very nice.

There was no electricity since 6pm to around 11 am the next day. It wasn’t the hostels fault but we didn’t received the same facilities as other people paying the same price.

The water in the showers were cold. I told the staff about this a number of times but it never changed. The staff weren't very friendly. The beds lacked a curtain which meant that guests didn't have privacy. The bedrooms lacked lockers which meant that rooms were often messy because guests had their belongings all over the room. There wasn't much of a common area. Breakfast was at the same time that my Spanish classes started. I was told that it would be ready beforehand but that didn't happen, so I often missed breakfast

The hostel was located in a good area, it was a short walk from the centre of town. Though I rarely used it, the hostel featured a kitchen.

The hostel is located next to a busy street, so you hear a lot of traffic coming by. Also, when you are brushing your teeth and standing there in your pyjamas, anyone from the street can watch you because the door is open and looking into the courtyard. The beds were quite hard. Breakfast was very limited (pancakes, which were not very tasty, a small bowl of fruit for all guests and cereal without any milk). We stayed here during semana santa, which probably caused the price to be even higher, but we thought that we paid way too much for what we got.

The hostel has a very central location, staff is kind. Nice courtyard where you can chill.

I was there one week before the holly week. My biggest problem was that on the weekend, the city was very busy, and they authorized the bathrooms to be used by non-hosted people. They left 1 bathroom for the whole hostel, what was not ok, and all the bathrooms started to get dirty. Also, at least that weekend, the hostel was full of families, it was not nice for a lonely traveler, and there was a line for breakfast with a bunch of people waiting. At night, the street was super loud, and the dorm was exactly by the street. I didn't like the vibe and would not recommend the hostel.

It's a clean hostel, and the pancakes for breakfast were very good.

To room has NO windows! It feels like you live in a bunker without air to breathe. They intentionally made photos look like there are windows and they wrote in the description that room has view/patio view, but it’s a LIE! We insisted to get us a fan to survive (fan was also mentioned in the room listing) and get it only after arguing. The last thing that made me completely angry is a towels. They provide cheap synthetic towels that leave horrible bits of blue lint all over your body after use. Imagine being extremely tired and just wanting to take a shower, but instead, you end up even dirtier because you’re covered in this blue lint that’s impossible to remove from your skin.

Coffee was a little weak. But I'm a daily espresso drinker, so....

Very pretty, clean, hostel with charming interior patio and garden. Nice mix of old and new, rooms and beds were very new and modern, patio was old Spanish style, lots of outdoor seating. Mattresses were new and very comfortable. Extremely clean. And very helpful staff! Buffet breakfast was pancakes, fruit, cereal, coffee and tea.
