We arrived and our room was above a reception hall where there was a wedding. They kindly moved us up, but the next room was less modern and comfortable.

Great location - 10 minutes from Flores island, but still central, near a big grocery and pharmacy, near the airport. breakfast and dinner were good. Very pleasant pool area to relax. Big rooms, lots of light, with AC. We were lucky to have this room while there was a power outage on Flores and no AC in other hotels.

The pool hours; I wanted to use the pool early, before the sun was too hot but I was told that I had to wait until 10:00 am.

The hotel is in a very good location, it is very safe, very clean. Breakfast was very good, actually better than most hotels I have stayed; beans tamales, oats, fruits and cookies.

The breakfast at times could be faster. At points you may be waiting slightly longer for breakfast so be sure to factor in if you’re taking an early tour.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was clean and fresh and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant was lovely.

I was not happy with the reading light in the room. Also, it was quite noisy as travellers passed by all day and nith with thier suicases on trolleys.

The location was acceptable for a hotel in Flores. Perhaps not as good as on the island itself, but this was among the best and most expensive hotels. The statt were helpful in arranging the visit to Tikal temples.

Tour groups take priority, using Booking.com or any other online booking service seems to put you in the worst room.. finding this in several bookings on this trip. Room was noisy, basic. Hotel offered a different room for second night but we moved on to another.

Nice pool. Clean room. comfortable bed. Nice view across the lake to the island of Flores. very good breakfast included in the rate. A good location if you don't mind taking a Tuk Tuk or taxi over to the island to try other restaurants. They provide a free shuttle to the airport which is a short drive away.

Breakfast was a real letdown. The same, uninspired dishes day after day made it hard to get excited about the morning meal. Frankly, the food quality just wasn't there. And the coffee? Let's just say it was only drinkable when absolutely necessary.

Perfect location! My clean room had great AC and hot water. Steps from shopping and Flores, with amazing views. Helpful staff too!

avoid street front room if sensitive to noise. Watch for step separating room and bathroom if a night walker!

Rooms were big, great warm showers, lovely pool and Great Lake views. Also a really nice breakfast and the staff were lovely. We were only here for a day but I’d defo recommend doing longer in Flores

The room I stayed in was a little bit small, this town is too hot, and the temperature of the room was hard to control, so the nights can be hot as well and that affects the sleep

The location is good, the property is nice, has a great view of the lake, there are a lot of activities that you can do in this town, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Nothing to complain about. The rooms are a little tired but I would say still good value for money and they were clean.

We tried to eat dinner here one night and the service was crazy slow. 45 minutes for just a salad. Also be aware the depending when you go, there could be power outages. We went end of April and it was already getting extremely hot and the power would flicker and sometimes be off long enough that the a/c wouldn’t turn back on automatically. Not a problem except for when you’re sleeping and wake up sweaty! This wouldn’t deter us from staying again because overall everything was great! It’s just something to keep in mind.

The hotel is not on the island of Flores, but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the island. It’s also only about 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi, which is great! (For a great taxi use Oscar. He’s on WhatsApp + 502 40205815 —sometimes he’ll send an associate. He has great/fair prices). The hotel is also close to a supermarket and atm and the best taco place in all of Guatemala is across the street. We definitely took advantage of the pool since it was so hot!

The rooms felt a little dated for the price - The hotel itself is lovely though.
