Location

The hotel is definitely a two-star property and has many areas for improvement, especially regarding the amenities. The room fan is about to fall, and the TV doesn’t work. A renovation is urgently needed to justify both the location and the rate.

The facility had kitchen & terrace you could use and could use pool at sister property. Staff was super kind and helpful. Great location.

Location was perfect within walking distance of centre

The hotel is in walking distance to many places in downtown antigua.

This is a lovely property in an amazing location (probably best location in Antigua). The staff were amazing too, and took care of everything and very responsive even over whatsapp. My biggest issue with this was the room was too basic. There is absolutely nothing, barely any space, had to request a hair dryer. The rooms were tiny and the bed uncomfortable. The bed was very old and the headboard kept shaking. It was okay but not really the softest mattress. But the staff made a difference and the location too so I would definitely recommend it. The shower was good and the bathroom was spacious enough.

Staff was wonderful, so helpful. Location could not be better. I am disabled and staff did everything possible to accommodate me. Bed was very comfortable. My room was on ground floor in the back. It was very quiet. I didnt get to use the kitchen, but next visit, I will do so. The patio was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine.

My room was small and it had 2 beds which took up a lot of space. Mgmt agreed to remove one bed when I return in the summer for a 3-week stay.

One of the best places we stayed so far in Guate. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Coffee and kitchen access were a nice bonus. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and shower curtain! Safe and secure. Inner courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. Laundry service was reasonable price. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. All the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We had 2 bookings before and after Acatenango. The room we‘ve stayed in the first time was so tiny we could barely move if both of us were in the room at the same time. Also there was this really loud noise coming right above our room from the water pump. But when I told this to the staff they were very helpful and let us stay in a different room. The beds are quite old and uncomfy and the room we’ve stayed in the first time the linens were so thin it felt like we were sleeping directly on the matress. The second time we stayed there, the room (nr 12) was still small but very ok, no noise from the water pump and we had propper linens.

Location and price make this a really good value find. It’s nothing fancy or special in terms of the rooms and facilities but certainly not bad. And the staff are very friendly.

Bed was a little hard and sheets were quite thin (we could see through to the mattress).
