Bright, modern, clean and happy accommodation. Secure building with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, nice modern room. Strong wifi and air-conditioning. Large shower, hot water. Nice location on quiet street. Nice communal sitting areas. On sight security guard during the night time. We were leaving very early morning (4am) and the staff offered to make us take away coffees, banana bread and apples. It was delicious. We would stay here again.

Nothing to not like.

It’s a lovely looking hotel, with nice room and working shower! Staff were lovely and most importantly, it is so close to various restaurants, laundries, travel agencies etc. Quiet location too. We were staying just for one night as we came from Tikal and stopping overnight to then take a very early morning bus to Belize.

Casa Roma was in an excellent location. The cafe, common areas and rooms were decorated with great care. It was a very pleasant atmosphere.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom drains.

I want to thank the night front desk gentleman who managed to pack me a breakfast in 2 minutes the morning I left! I really appreciated that. In general, good place to stay. Friendly staff, good location. I didn’t get to try the breakfast because of early starts but was able to have a packed breakfast. The bed was comfortable and AC was very good.

The mattresses are very firm, which for me caused a bit of pain by morning. This could be helped with a mattress foam cover. :) Sometimes, you can hear a bit of noise from downstairs if your room opens to the central space (blender, doorbell), but it's overall very peaceful!

This is such a lovely property, decorated thoughtfully, bright, in a fantastic and safe location. Easy to walk everywhere in Flores. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! They packed snacks and drinks for pickup for our early morning tour, helped arrange transportation, and were overall lovely and welcoming. Their coffee and banana bread is so good. The space is beautiful with a chill vibe, there's shared lounge areas and lots of light. The room was immaculate with a desk, place to hang clothes and a rain shower in the bathroom, and the aircon worked well.

Aircon, cozy bed, beautiful exterior and interior in the common area, breakfast included, super kind and welcoming staff, coffee, fruit and banana bread to go on my departure day, when I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. Free drinking water. They even let me put my bag into storage for a few hours when I returned from my tour but didn’t stay any longer at Casa Ramona.

They are really well located being right near the entrance to the island and where many of the busses drop people off. The breakfast was delicious and had a few options to choose from. Everyone working there was warm and kind. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely location, super close to pick up for shuttles and day trips. I got the front room with the balcony, which afforded me views of the Holy Week processions (also got woken up by them of course). A little pricey for Flores perhaps, but still pretty good value, especially for the breakfast which was amazing!! I arrived early on the first day and was leaving super early on my last day so they let me have my breakfast on the first 2 days instead. Top floor had a common area which was super breezy and probably a great place to chill. Helped booked my Tikal sunset tour and shuttle to Belize, but payment must be in cash for those, while payment for hotel can be via card with no extra charges which was helpful. Laundry service just across the road. Staff were all nice and helpful (although not all spoke English).
