The shared spaces are nice but not too clean . they would need more attention ( clean, organisation)

The bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable.Nice large window. Daily cleaning to the toilets. The young lady from reception booked an Uber for us very early in the morning. The area is very nice, easy to walk in zone 1 or 9, close to supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants.

I suspect the microwave in the room is on its last legs, but it wasn't an issue because there is another microwave in the communal kitchen downstairs.

This was my second time staying here (both times in the second floor apartment) and my experience was just as good this time. I really like the little balcony overlooking the street below. The sheets and towels smelled nice (not overpowering, just fresh and clean). Internet works well. Great location, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Personnel only spoke Spanish which made the communication at check in a bit hard. The WiFi didn't work very well.

The filtered water could be refilled more frequently and the drying dishes unloaded more frequently.

The room is nice. The hot water worked well. Communication was good. The building feels very safe and secure behind a password gate and close to a fancy shopping area in Zone 4. The kitchen and patio are nice enough, though a bit run down. Great value for the price.

A bit noisy because the neighbor on the opposite street repairs cars until the late evening. But with earplugs it's not a big problem. No AC or fan in the room. Luckily it was not too hot during our stay.

Pretty outdoor area with a lot of plants and sitting options. Great to have the option to use the kitchen. We had a big and bright room with a small balcony. My bed was really comfy, the one of my sister unfortunately not. But in total we loved our room especially after 50h traveling it was perfect to rest. Also the girls of that accomodation are really nice. We arrived in the morning and they let us stay in the common area until the room was ready. Appreciated this a lot. The neighborhood feels safe and 2 minutes walking distance is a new building with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. Everything is clean also the shared bathroom.

We had a problem with the check in. They sended us a code to use to check in, but because we had no internet, we couldn’t see it. The door rang a few times in the night, so I guess more people had the same. Maybe if you send the code earlier, this could be solved..?

Friendly and very helpfull staf! We could leave our Bags there, because we took a nightbus and we’re allowed to hang out there to wait for our bus was leaving.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The facilities seemed old. The shower was angled towards the wall and could not be adjusted. The water was not even warm. Additionally, since the location is close to the airport, the planes taking off and landing were extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.

Staff was helpful and great. Location was excellent. The room was big. The property was quiet and clean. The bathroom was big and decently clean.

Estu should specify that the terrace is not specifically for the room, is for all the hostel complex. Parking should be included or lower the room price. The room needs maintenance, like filling gaps and cracks.

We opted for a shared toilet however there was only one bathroom (shower and toilet in the same room) between 6 beds which was an issue for us as someone blocked said toilet. Noise does travel and quite a loud group arrived around 9pm and then made food and we could hear them in the kitchen from our room but to be fair, they were being really loud so if they were speaking normally you probably wouldn't hear them. The doorbell is annoying, once you've checked in you get a code and then don't have to ring it but new arrivals have to ring and you can hear it throughout the hostel. It would be much better if you were provided the code prior to arrival.

Very nice hostel in a really nice area with lots around it like restaurants, a shopping centre, a bank etc. Clean and comfortable room. Really helpful and responsive staff, available via WhatsApp if you can't see them around the hostel which was useful for us. They provide soap and towels and the towels smelled really fresh like they'd just been washed.

The check-in procedure is a little tricky. If you don't have your code in advance, you are taking your chances with staff hearing the doorbell when you arrive. Other things: the shower had a constant slow drip, and the lamp in the living room was missing a bulb.

Great location, very safe and close to everything. I stayed in a second floor apartment and I loved the balcony overlooking the street below. The apartment was equipped with a fridge and microwave, etc. It was reasonably quiet and the internet was good.

Super spacious rooms and lovely host. The kitchen was fine with all you could ask for and a lovely dining lounge. Close to the airport and shops. Easy to get a ride for early morning flight.

Great stay at ESTU! It's clean and comfortable. Easy access to the airport via Uber and we loved lounging on the rooftop patio. It's in a safe area with lots of restaurant options around + grocery store.

There was only one plug in the room and there was a bit of mould both in the bedroom and in the toilet.

Rooms are basic but nice and clean, shared toilet was also always clean. The location is good, zona 4 has many cool bars and restaurants. The outside downstairs and upstairs garden were cute. The staff was nice and they let us do the check in in our room at 9am which was very nice after our long flight. Overall for price and location I would recommend it.
