This is one of our favourite places to stay when we visit the Capital, easy walking to Oakland Mall. Also, close to some nice restaurants.....

Such a wonderful place close to everything one might need - restaurants, supermarkets, cellular stores, malls and more. The staff is SO nice, welcoming and helpful with everything the guests might need. my room was very big and clean, there was a bathroom and a shower, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a little patio, the bed was super comfortable, there is also a kitchen for those who wants to cook. A really really good and welcoming place in a very economic price.

Yolanda was super nice, letting me check in early! Room was fine with rooftop terrace. Location was excellent in zone 10 within walking distance of many restaurants and other places. Internet was spotty. They arranged taxi for early ride to airport, but driver couldn't make it so I ordered Uber.

Getting around can be a challenge.

Our hostess, Yolanda, was very kind and helpful. My room was very large and clean. Yolanda also did a tub of laundry for me so definitely went above and beyond. I felt very comfortable on the premises. Close to a bus stop but it is a confusing city.

The shower head is too low for anyone over 6"1.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is well within walking distance of everything you need. And there's a good view from the rooftop terrace.

Location was decent as were the accommodations. Staff were incredibly helpful! I had to catch an early flight and the woman (I've forgotten her name) got up at 4:15 am to call me a taxi. Thoughtful gesture.

I wish they had a large fan in the room. We did bring two small travel fans with us.

This is a great location. It’s safe and we could walk our dog and the neighbors seemed very nice. They were restaurants close by. The property was clean and the staff was very nice.

The bed was not too bad but small for us as my husband is a big man but that is not their fault. I would have liked a slightly larger room, just enough space to move around. I didn't care for the smell of whatever cleaning solution they used in the hotel. It was strong and not pleasant.

The location was great. The value was great. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I loved that there were easy access electric outlets, sometimes that can be hard to find in Guatemala. I also loved that the toilet and sink were separate from the shower.

The water to shower could not be regulated. It came out really hot. I was unable to put it at a suitable temperature.

I only stayed one night as I had an early flight. Friendly staff who organised my 4.30am taxi and even got up to make sure it arrived for me. Nice, safe location with places to eat nearby. Very comfortable bed, free water refill and a kitchen.

The hotel is exactly where google maps says it is, but a little sign/placard outside would be nice.

Everything. This was an absolute gem and great value. Everything was incredibly clean and functioned. There were nice kitchens and common areas available for use with filtered water for drinking. Also, my room was very quiet and they even provided a fan as it could get a little warm in the afternoon. Oakland mall and estacion are both within nice, safe walking distance.

Quiet place, good,safe neighborhood, but most of all Yolanda, in chsrge, is going the extra mile to meet one,s needs. I will reccomend this place and I,ll return there myself.
