I did find one tiny bug on my floor which isn’t ideal, beyond that it is a solid spot in the city.

The double room for price I paid was value. Your own bathroom is a nice bonus, and the hotel itself is a breezy property with cool antiques, water and accessible kitchen, and plenty of seating. You can store luggage if needed!

The room was next to the street and there was very loud noises from the street and large trucks shook the building as they drove by. We only stayed one night so it was ok but would want a different room for a longer stay.

Very beautiful building and interesting decor. Secured and inconspicuous. Safe area away from the activity of the airport in a historic part of the city. Booked online at the last minute and the property was very responsive to get us into the room at the last minute. Communication with the property via app, email and WhatsApp was excellent. Simple room with the necessities nothing extravagant.

The bathroom door was a bit damaged and the area is a bit heavy on traffic, which was conducive to a loud night.

great deal for location and stay, historic center, market and six street are in few walking minutes, everything else you can do for cheap by Uber or cab. comfy bed and hot shower, good wifi and nice outdoor commune area. for some quetzales you can get coffee, drinks or snacks all day long by self-service… would definitely stay here again

I would have given a 10 except for …..firstly…literally nowhere to hang your clothes ….secondly….the place is full of high definition CCTV cameras (I counted at least 6 but I suspect there are more) I felt like I was being spied on and it was awfully intrusive and I think creepy - there was no need for this as the house is extremely safe anyway - nobody could get in and there is a resident housekeeper - for this reason I wouldn’t come back

We booked a triple room even though we are two people because we were travelling with a baby and wanted more space. We were given a double. It was fine, just cramped with no windows and the toilet door was broken.

The common areas are nice, clean room and perfect to get to the Litegua station.

Absolutely horrendous. The rooms were disgusting, stains on sheets, towels and pillows. The bathroom is like something out of a horror movie. As soon as we stepped in we started itching and coughing. I believe there’s a mold problem. Probably due to the fact that the roof is just metal sheets placed on top of old exposed brick work walls.

The location and the price matched what I was expecting. Small and comfy rooms with a large common area inside the casa.

Pictures did not resemble reality. The room given to my group had a very unpleasant penetrating smell, I reached out to their phone number since they have no front desk. Lady over the phone was very understanding and helpful, she let us move to another room. However that room did not have its own private bathroom so you had to cross the open air hall to use the bathroom, not the most comfortable situation for three ladies who are alone. The room itself was okay but it is not completely sealed so potentially mosquitoes would enter our room come night time. The staff I did interact with when my code didn’t work so they assigned me a new one was fairly nice but there was another staff member around who just ignored us. Overall I’m sorry to say but I don’t recommend this hotel, save your money or pay more to stay in zone 10, 9 or 14. This may be a good place for a couple hours but we couldn’t spend the night here our experience was too uncomfortable. Please be more honest to your customer with your photos.

Thin roof/walls are so thin and right next to street. Woke up to every motorcycle and bus driving by in the middle of the night.

private bathroom had no sink and shower backed up almost immediately. was a strong sewer smell in room all night. no signage on building made it hard to find. owner wanted 50quetzales per piece of baggage per day for storage (that’s twice as much as they charged to park a vehicle for one night).
