Some facilities were outdated. The lock of our room is barely working. The mattress is on the soft side. The patio was not really usable or utilized.

The location is very convenient to walk to different parts of this small island. The owner was kind and let us postpone our reservation for one day after our shuttle schedule changed unexpectedly. We were able to check in early when our shuttle arrived before 8am. He also gave good advice on local restaurants and travel info.

The one downside was the noise. I could hear guests above me, in neighboring rooms, cars going by outside, and even the cleaning staff working in the hallways at early hours. The walls must be very thing. Other guests also were very loud (shouting, even!) so it would be nice to have some sort of policy for quiet hours after a certain time.

The owners were wonderful; they were attentive, always available, and treated me with kindness and warmth. I always enjoyed my conversations with them! The location was convenient, although Flores is so small that probably any hotel would feel similarly convenient. I found this hotel to be a better value than most others listed, although the accommodations are simple, which is enough for me.

The price was good, the air conditioning was cold. The mattress in our bed was bad, sinking towards the center and it made for very uncomfortable sleep. But I saw other mattresses were okay. It was also a bit noisy outside.

Nothing, all was perfect, I just wish we could pack this place up and take it with us!!

Room was great, bed is very comfortable, AC is perfect, hot shower, good pressure, literally that's all you need!! We also liked that there is purified water refills. But the real selling point here is the owners, they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. On the day of checkout we were supposed to get a bus at 8am which was cancelled and rescheduled until 6pm. So we came back to the hotel and were able to leave our bags and stay in the common areas throughout the day which was a lifesaver for us, we would have been lost otherwise!!!! Thank you so much!!!

The location of this property was A+. It was very convenient and easy to walk to all of our tours and departure meeting spot. We had our own private shower and toilet. The A/C worked really well. And the couple running this property were very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Friendly couple owners (if you have some Spanish language it would be beneficial) just if you want to chat to the owners. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was very hot and air con worked really well. Kitchen for shared use if you need it. Location is really good, nothing is too far away in Flores anyway.

We liked it a lot. Felt like on vacation at granny's place. The charming house is in Flores centre... although everything is in the centre here! Shops, restaurant, swimming place in the lake nearby.
