They ask you for an ID and take a photocopy of it. They say it’s because they use it to validate that people actually stayed in the property. It felt sketchy.

As other reviewers have noted, it’s next to a busy street (like most places I stayed in Guatemala). I can sleep through anything so it wasn’t a problem for me.

I missed my flight and got to the hotel on day after my reservation. It was no problem to change dates, which was really great!

I got in at 2am and they were very accommodating of my late arrival. Just a 10 min walk from the airport. very communicative and helpful. They even let me leave my bag there after checkout for a couple hours. Bed was very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. I love that they served a simple breakfast as well.

It was very close to the airport, it is walking distance but better not at nighttime. It’s a very basic hotel, but it’s great for like staying a night or two.

I was checking out before breakfast time and couldn't arrange a packed breakfast to go.

Perfect stay if you need to be close to the airport. I had a late arrival and after a 10 minutes walk from the airport I already arrived at Casa 96. Friendly staff. Very clean room, good bed, AC and clean private bathroom.

Since is near the airport there's a lot of noise.

Casa 96 is literally half a mile from the airport. The staff is friendly and the bed is comfortable!

Casa 96 had a very comfortable bed. In fact, it was the coziest bed I slept in while in Guatemala. The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it a great choice if you have an early or late flight and want to make sure you're close to the airport. I don't know if there are many restaurants nearby, but I was able to have dinner delivered via Uber, which was cheap and easy.

Nice and close to the airport. Great spot to be at if you need to be there for an early flight. Staff helped me get there, and everything went smooth. Good little spot to eat as well down the street.

No fans in the room and it got very hot. VERY noisy if you are thinking about staying here ask for a room away from the common area. We could hear everything. People talking, moving, moving the tables then at about 3am cleaners came and were making so much noise moving everything to clean. we were in the room near the street and you could hear everything.

I didn´t like that the room had a mattress in bad conditions, we asked them to change us, and they politely found us a solution with a new room, the rooms were a little hot and the fan was not enough; to say the truth the fan was not in their best time.

I liked that the bathroom had hot water and in general terms the room was very clean, It was only 9 minutes walking to the airport and 2 minutes on car, they help us with the arrangement of the taxi to the airport since we were traveling super early morning, they were very nice.

My room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not "rico" as described on the internet by a prior client. The breakfast serving was small and not tasty. I was not greeted at the airport and transferred to the property as promised. I had to pay for a taxi to the property.
