Smart hotel within short taxi ride (15 mins) of the airport. Very friendly hotel staff and good restaurant. Nice pool area with sun loungers and an inviting pool. Good breakfast. There is an efficient and safe airport shuttle which can be easily booked for $20.

Rooms are a bit dated

Stayed for one night before an early flight out from Guatemala city airport and it ticked all the boxes. The pool was really nice and there we a few decent uber eats options in the area that we could order dinner from.

Breakfast was terrible. Both our meals were inedible. I pointed to order the food and the waiter got the meal wrong for my friend. When her eggs Benedict came out the eggs were not cooked at all. My French toast had been covered in sugar that I scraped off but parts of the toast were soggy/undercooked. The waiter did not speak any English - which is fine but I can speak some Spanish and he wouldn’t listen to me and just spoke over me. Also the WiFi was out. They did apologize for that.

The room and pool were very nice. Gym was ok. We liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.

Some dish soap and a sponge would be nice in the kitchen to wash and reuse dishes. I had to leave my dirty dishes in the sink when I left.

The bed was amazing, and the hot tub and pool were great. The staff were helpful for me in the morning because I was taking a shuttle, and I had lost my voice from karaoke. I was worried people would be uncomfortable on the shuttle thinking I was sick, so I asked if there was by chance a medical face mask around that I could have and they were able to help me. I was so grateful.

The air-conditioning is so big and noisy. Also the staff at the reception said it would be provided a lunch box with a breakfast as I left before the time but it wasn't available. So it was frustrating!

The pool and sunken "hot tub" aren't heated. They're very cool when not directly in the sun.

The pool area is gorgeous and quiet pleasant in the afternoon sun! The apartment was enormous! It was great having our own spaces to relax separately and together. The air conditioning units were easy to operate and cooled each space quickly. Dinner was delicious! Not only did I enjoy it, but so did my kids!

After a month surrounded by friendly Guatemaltecas during my travels, just found the staff a little too formal and serious. Maybe it’s more of a business hotel.

It was perfect for a night at an airport hotel with lovely big rooms, good food,and a nice pool area outside.

Dirty plates were left on a table by the 2nd floor elevator for their entire stay (over 24 hours), creating an unpleasant smell in the hallway.

I booked this hotel for my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful stay. The rooms were notably spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. They especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the cake. It was a perfect choice for their special celebration
