Newly remodeled property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us a tour of the property at checkin, checked how our stay was going throughout the time we were there, offered suggestions for dinner or activities, and even offered to make us a meal to go for our early departure since we were leaving before breakfast. Great value for the level of service.

The Zoe Boutique is probably the best hotel in Bali. We had a lovely stay. The staff go over and beyond and were so friendly from the moment we arrived. They recommended restaurants to eat at, excursions to visit & even a beach to snorkel. The breakfast is delicious and we were given late check out and even had help with our heavy bag to move to another hotel. All the staff at the hotel are so lovely and everything in the hotel is modern and new. The pool is quiet and is clean and sun beds are comfortable.. We enjoyed our stay and if ever back to Bali would stay again.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Zoe Boutique Hotel. The place is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a warm, homely feeling that makes you instantly comfortable. The hosts are genuinely kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure every detail is just right. Zoe Hotel is a family owned and it’s located in a nice central area of the island. The beaches are nearby and the bay is beautiful. Breakfasts are different every day and they offer variety of food including a lot local dishes. All staff very professional, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool for people with young children and also an amazing rooftop with a beautiful view, little pool and jacuzzi for those they want more quiet and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

From the very first moment, we were impressed by the beautiful design and the attention to every detail. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs, making us feel truly welcome. The energy of the place is warm and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing — plenty of healthy options and freshly prepared food that made us feel like we were being cared for by someone dear. The pool was another highlight: crystal clear and open even at night, which made for a truly special experience. The kids had a fantastic time as well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The (free) parking spaces were a bit tricky to get out of - but we managed it!

Great pool, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Really went above and beyond to provide dietary requirements for breakfast and help with recommendations etc in Bali. Staff will bring drinks or something from their great snack menu to you by the pool if you are too lazy to move! New contemporary design hotel, cosy rooms with balcony (we had a sea view). Great towels, both for room and pool, changed as we wished. Tea/nespresso coffee machine in room as well as fridge with bottled water provided daily. We had a preview of the new amazing roof terrace with cooling down pool and hot tub with amazing views over the bay. Walk in 3/5/10 mins to all the wonderful beaches of Bali. Such a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Great location to be able to walk to all the restaurants and beaches. We found all the local restaurants to be excellent, wonderful locally caught fish. Lovely decor, beautiful pool area and breakfast was superb. Varied everyday and was able to try a lot of different Cretan food, all delicious especially the homemade bread! Also very nice cocktails which we enjoyed by the pool. Our room was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed. Bed very comfortable and lovely walk in shower. We had a sea view, giving you wonderful views over the bay and gorgeous sunrises. The service was exceptional all the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The owner was so helpful phoning round to see if the Pharmacy was open. We felt completely relaxed from the minute we arrived, greeted with a lovely chilled Prosecco flavoured with grapefruit. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely say again. Thank you to all the team Natasha and Nick x .

There is nothing to complain about really, just wanted to mention that the place is brand new and in some places close to the accommodation there might be some areas under construction, but that is definitely not impacting the experience.

The hotel is newly refurbished and it is very clear that the new owners have put effort into it. The rooms and area are tastefully furnished, blend the local specific with modern facilities. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty, each morning there was something new to surprise us. The town and surroundings is full of life and there a lots of places to explore. The swimming pool is exactly what you need after a hot day in Crete. Would definitely return!

There isn’t anything to not like about this boutique hotel or the amazing people that run it.

We loved everything about the Zoe boutique hotel. From the well designed rooms to the super cute pool area. Probably the best breakfast I have had in any hotel anywhere too. The best part of the hotel were the wonderful staff Kristina and Christy who were so incredibly welcoming and just the perfect hosts. We will definitely stay there again.

Liked pretty much everything only thing would be the room is a bit small which made finding somewhere to but our luggage a bit awkward. Not a problem though.

Lovely property with a great pool!! The breakfast provided each morning was excellent!! Easy parking near the hotel and a short walk into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Modern and comfortable with air conditioning, excellent showers, nice pool and fabulous buffet breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful going above and beyond their roles to ensure customer satisfaction. Both receptionists were delightful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is new and spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The pool area was also beautiful, perfect for relaxing.
