Everything can be improved but I cannot find anything negative with this apartment.

The apartment is clean and well located, with private parking and right next the a very nice beach. The interior of the apartment is basic but had everything we needed. A renovation would be a great idea but the quality/price ratio is great. The hosts Maria and her sister gave us a warm welcome, gabe us tips for our staying and were always available to meet our needs.

There is really nothing not to like

We arrived to a great looking villa. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, she said we could get an upgrade, a seaview apartment. Wow! The balcony was so big and the view fantastic. I felt like a queen! Today we're leaving but have a late flight. Maria, the owner said we could use the room longer until we leave in the afternoon. These ladies work hard to keep the place looking as good as it does. Also the cleaning ladies do a great job, rooms are very clean and smell nice.

Not sure how the other rooms are based on other reviews, but ours surely would need some renovation. Also in the first night we had an ant invasion in the bathroom. We got one mini showergel and that was it for the all the days.

I think it is a bit pricey for the standard of accommodation offered and the fact that breakfast isn't included. It needs a bit of TLC soon or it will start to look tatty.

Location was exceptional, the balcony was lovely and shaded from the sun, which was very welcome. Staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was fine but probably wouldn't have coped had it been hotter.

Beautiful family accommodation, right on the beach, in a quiet area. 5 minutes-walk to all the good restaurants. Spotless clean! Cleaning every day; sunbeds and beach towels included. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Thank you for everything, Maria & Roxana! Would definitely go back!

Beautiful property right on the beach. Flowering gardens and lush grass. The rooms are decent size. Mine had a veranda overlooking the sea. Would definitely stay again. They have lounge chairs and umbrellas on property.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view, located directly at the sea. Sunbeds and beach towels were provided. Maria was super nice and welcoming, as well as the other hosts whom were super friendly. Close to restaurants and markets, all in all a perfect location and we had a lovely stay.

Perfect stand alone building with a large front lawn leading down to a safe sandy beach. Small number of rooms Gave a special feeling and Roxani was amazing helping us with everything we needed, from tips and information.ation to sorting a taxi for us. She is a star! Location is great with beach walks in each direction with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highlight for our family was renting a small boat self drive to go exploring caves, shipwreck and hidden beaches,even seeing a turtle 🐢. Loved it all. thanks Roxani

Location superb. Apartments had lawns front and back, the front was literally 30 metres or less from the sea. Gorgeous. Cleaners called daily and at convenient times so apartment was spotless. A special mention for Maria and Theresa who were so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs more cleanup and the beach too. Umbrellas had a lot of spider webs and on the beach were a lot of algae.

One small but annoying thing is that we were only given one soap bar and the typical small bottles of shower gel and shampoo on day 1, but these were never renewed after that, as you would expect pretty much daily. So we had to buy our own. Not even the soap bar was renewed. We were 4 people for 10 days, for reference. Another one is the dirty look of the shower. In the corners there was yukiness. I didn't care much about this, you can easily avoid it, but wife did. One thing that might annoy others, thought it did not bother us, is the fact that the kitchen appliances are quite dated. But they all worked fine, so no complaints.

Great location on the beach and super close to loads of good restaurants, really nice family boutique vibe with none of the industrial feel of the big hotels. Big spacious garden. Despite being so close to busy places, it is very quiet. Ladies that were cleaning the room were somehow invisible, we truly never bumped into them while they were cleaning our room, as it happened in loads of other hotels. We had the apartment with the sea view on the first floor and wow, you do get a huuuge balcony all on the sea side. Really nice. One other nice touch is that you are told from the beginning that towels are changed every 3 days. For us this was very good, on the one hand you still have fresh towels, while on the other you avoid the waste of having them changed daily.

Although there are no frills it is perfect. Everything you need is there. Lovely veranda, stunning view. Our host Roxanne did everything to make us feel welcome. Having Freddies next door is an added bonus.
