The New Years Night was terrible. We chose to celebrate new year here at the same hotel again because last year s celebration was wonderful.But this year as I said it was disgusting. The music was bad there were so much people at the restaurant that we were basically siting up against someone else s back and also the food was gone for about 5 minutes because it was a buffet.

the hotel is good for a quiet holiday in Xanthi, lovely common areas and breakfast.

It’s a nice property with a fair amount of good amenities. Breakfast is quite good. Comfortable beds and sheets and pillows. Good air conditioning. Good parking area for your car. Close to a grocery store and a kiosk.

Fantastic hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a lifeguard!!!. Extremely friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Rooms very spacious and a gym for those who want to stay fit!!!

Nice selection for breakfast. They have an inside playground, which seemed very nice but we didn't have time to go since we stayed only for one night

I liked very much the breakfast. The location is also excellent. Although I was travelling with my car, I preferred to walk to the center of Xanthi. The room was very clean (thank you Mrs Charoula!), very bright, cozy and quite, in general, except for the last night when guests from a wedding stayed at the hotel making noise until early in the morning. Overall, an excellent experience. This was not my first time at the hotel, and surely will not be the last!

No apropriate for tourists. Pillows are so thin. Extra paid needed for gated parking area.

This is a standard, decent business hotel, not appropriate for tourists. The hotel is designed for basic business needs. For example, if you’re attending a conference and just need a decent place to stay — this is the hotel. They charge an extra 7 euros for a gated motorcycle parking area. I didn’t understand that at first. You’ll need a taxi to reach the city center — it’s about 2 km from the hotel. The pillows were very thin, so I had to find another way to sleep comfortably. Be ready to feel “old” when checking out — you have to find the parking gate button by yourself. It’s your duty — you paid extra for it. So do it! 😄

The noise of the fan in the bathroom and the fact that we hade no coffee maker in our room, also no press iron for clothes, they have a service for a very expensive fee, basically your whole suitcase needs to be freshened, be prepared to pay top price

Na five star hotel, more so as a four star hotel or, potentially, three star hotel. Hence, I think it was not value for money. Facilities were dated. Service was adequate, however, I would expect a more helpful attitude throughout. Location wise it was quite far from the city centre.

Level of cleanliness was good, room size and breakfast.

The hotel does not provide any Tea/Coffee in Room, Does not provide any Iron and Ironing Board, you have to pay to get your clothes ironed. Aircon, unable to reduce the temperature in room, only heats room does not cool room. could not sleep at night as the room was too hot even after keeping the aircon shut for the whole day. Most 2 to 3 star hotels provide iron/ironing board & tea/coffee making facilities in room.

There was nothing that i liked, similar to a 2 or 3 star hotel.
