silence with only bird calls, excellent cleanliness, garden and mastic trees, nice sea view, hospitallity with smiling owners, everything was perfect, they solved one of our problem quickly.

Very nice, quiet, big and clean apartment. Balcony with a view of the sea and the sunrise. Everything worked, cleaning every day. Lots of equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. Very caring and helpful owner. Large parking lot, shop in the nearby village. Walking distance to the beach.

No shops in Agia Fotini where to buy water or bred.

The studio is very clean 👌. Yolanda and Panaiotis are very kind and help us about visiting the island. The beach is near , 5 min on foot. Clear water. But to sightseeing island you must have a car. Panaiotis help us to rent a car, and there is a parking in front of the house. And he recommended us Lithi beach, perfect for swimming, where we were twice .

We loved spending the weekend at Yolanda’s accommodations. She and her husband were there to welcome us and helped us with whatever we needed. The rooms are as shown, extremely clean and very comfortable beds. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk with different restaurants and beach bars.

There are no words to describe Yolanda Studios. We stayed 8 nights with our 1.5 year old child. It was super comfortable, very very very clean, Yolanda and Pantelis were so polite and ready to help an any time that it felt like home. We are visiting for sure next time. The best part of the whole stay was the 5 minute walk to the beach Agia Foteini. We enjoyed,relaxed and gathered some memories from the whole stay. 10 out of 10!

The owners were fantastic - so accommodating and kind. Offered to drive us to the market and even to the wedding we were attending. Room was clean, location was beautiful, air conditioned, nice beds. This is the best place to stay on the waters edge.

Super clean, everything you need is in the flat, mountain view, sea view.. You wake up to bird voices.. So silent and peacefull..Owners are really kind.. PS:They brought us hot sweet pie in the morning, that was really nice 🙏

We felt like home because we found everything we need in the apartment. Our studio was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. The owners were so nice people. The location and the sea view of the studio is great. We will definitely prefer this place again if we want to spend another holiday in Chios.

The hosts were very wellcoming and showed excellent hospitality. Yolanda and Pantelis are the best hosts we have ever seen. We discovered the place by chance on booking but we ended up being extremely happy because of the location, closeness to one of the best beaches of Chios, the cleanliness, size of the room, garden & swating in garden, the island guide booklet of Yolanda Suites that one of the guests staryed 8 years ago... We are happy and looking forward to get back...

Everything was perfect, l am 47 and had been to 68 countries and stayed at a lot of different types of places, “Yolanda Studios” owners are by far the most caring and friendly owners that l had ever met. This place deserves the highest points of all time. If l will go back to Chios l will not look for an alternative place.

We arrived off season to be met by Yolanda who greeted us like old friends. She settled us in and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and Island. Apartment was perhaps the most comfortable we have stayed in in our (so far) month of travel in Turkey and Greece. Apartment is very well appointed including a fully equipped kitchen which would be great for a longer stay. The couch was comfortable as were the soft furnishings on the floor . Big balcony with again comfortable seating and a table and a great view across the water to Turkey. We even had access to a washing machine . Yolanda and her husband are great hosts and went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable.
