The fridge was noisy at night during our sleep and the top part of the window couldn’t be covered entirely to stop the light from outside at night time.

The room has a private jacuzzi and all the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday. Clean and spacious toilet. There is an extra sink which is like a mini kitchen area for tea/coffee making, fruits and light snack preparation - this is hard to see in other hotels. The host is very friendly and helpful during our stay, helped us to find driver and car for rent, provided information about the island. Room service is great, always keep the room clean and tidy. Location is quiet, peaceful and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Our room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the caldera. Breakfast included which was a bonus. Comfy bed, good shower and very friendly and helpful staff. A short walk took you into the village with a choice of cafes and restaurants.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like!

We had a wonderful stay at Williams Houses in Akrotiri, Santorini. The room was excellent—very clean, beautifully maintained, and the highlight was definitely the private outdoor jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the Caldera. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast, although basic, had everything we needed to start the day right: scrambled eggs, omelets, fresh juices, coffee options, and more. It was simple but thoughtful and satisfying. The location is quiet and peaceful, and having free parking was a huge plus. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with all the essential tips about the island—what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we will definitely be coming back!

A very nice and quiet place to unwind after a hectic day in Santorini. A definitely great choice if you want to get out of the beaten track of Fira / Oia. We will definitely stay there again if back on the island.

Probably the best choice in Akrotiri --whereas Akrotiri is the best choice for those wishing to find the Greek atmosphere as opposed to the industrial tourism atmosphere typical of Thira and Oia on these days.

Probably the location as you don't get public transportation after 8 pm, so consider if you're out in Fira or Oia. But that's outside the control of the hosts, which helped in arranging a taxi.

Jacuzzi and overall in the room were on point. The breakfast included was amazing, and the staff was really kind and attentive to your requests.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we stepped into a little paradise. Though it’s called William’s House, the soul of the place is the amazing woman who runs it with love and intuition. She instantly understood what we needed and made our stay feel truly special. Room 14 was cozy, private, and perfect for a couple looking to relax. The view was breathtaking, and the location – quiet yet so convenient. We’ll never forget this place.

This isn't against the hotel but something to keep in mind. If you come from the bus stop in Akrotiri, it is an uphill walk. Be prepared to sweat.

The host/reception was great. She gave many recommendations and was super helpful for my solo traveling ways. Atv rental right across from the hotel, you'll want to rent some type of transport staying on this side of the island as public transport is very limited. You won't be able to see the caldera from looking right from the room door, but from the lounge chairs, you get a lovely view all the way across to Oia. The seating area outside the reception office is a great spot for sunrises. The hot tub is more like pool temperature, but the waterfall shower head is amazing 😍. Breakfast is yummy, too.

This place is Amazing! It’s a family owner hotel, and they do everything to make your stay a great experience. They gave us a map and explained about places to visit, restaurants to go they even booked the reservation at a really nice restaurant that we loved so much. The breakfast is a must, traditional Greek food with a variety of amazing food! The place was sparkling clean, the stuff was happy and very helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel with an spectacular view. We definitely coming back .

This resort deserves a 5 STAR RATING PLUS!!. Absolutely stunning room, view and Anna serving breakfast was definately something to look forwards to. I have NEVER met a Resort Host like Zafira that welcomed us with open arms!!. Friendly, helpful and always checking up on us on a daily basis where we were and where we are going the next day. Gave us a map with what to do, where to eat, where to shop etc etc......WOW WOW WOW!!!! will definately visit Williams Houses again. It was a bit far away from the places we wanted to visit, but you had options to rent a car etc. next to it and the bus stops weren't too far away also.

Location was fantastic, the property is located to the south of the island on the route to the lighthouse and is peaceful and quiet with some truly excellent local restaurants. Breakfast's were brilliant with a huge choice of hot & cold foods and a good selection of fruit - well impressed. They were also a good source of information and I really recomend the boat tour!

Nothing we did not like but being able to eat breakfast outside in the shade would have made the property even better.
