The pipes vibration in the morning. If your neighbor woke-up earlier than you, the "sound" of the water was a little too loud.

Located in the middle of Vrachos, with free beach umbrella, it has a great restaurant/terrace (maybe a little expensive). The rooms were comfy, cleaned every day and a big balcony with excellent space for 2 families to spend a quiet evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was top notch, it has an excellent location right by the sea, private beach, parking and a very good restaurant. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice view. Wi-Fi coverage is very good and the internet speed also. All the staff and are super friendly and welcoming, especially Froso who is always around, ready to make you feel right at home. Would gladly come back to stay here again.

We had the best of times in this super cosy and more than relaxing hotel, run out perfectly by friendly and always smiling Froso who did everything possible to our convinience. The quite big rooms for two tastefully decorated, with excellent mattresses, super clean and with an amazing view to the sea provided us everything we needed to de-stress and enjoy the unparalleled beach of Vrachos. Beach umbrellas need some maintenance.

Customer care is at its highest level in all areas. Place where you feel welcomed, respected, valued and want to stay longer. Directly to the beach with its own bar, while running maybe the best restaurant in Vrachos. Rooms are super clean, beds comfortable and sea view is extra. Parking behind the facility is free of charge.

Very lovley and helpful receptionist, told us everything we needed to know about where to find things in the area. Room was exceptionally beautiful with a full sea front view. First, we were welcomed and greeted by Froso. She was very friendly and super helpful. This is a beachfront hotel. The room, the bathroom and the balcony were clean and very well decorated, the mattress was super comfortable, even the mattress of the sofa was very comfy and it is wide enough for two kids to sleep on it. We really appreciate the kindness of Melina who allowed us to check-in earlier just upon our arrival. Special thanks to Froso for the late check-out in the afternoon. Also, thank you for the tsipouro mini bottles in the room :-) The room had a small kitchen corner next to the bed, with a mini fridge, a sink and kitchenware, coffee machine for preparing filter coffee and an electric kettle, but no cooking facilities (no stovetop, no microwave). But it is not a problem at all, because there is also an option to have a breakfast at the restaurant in front of the hotel with wonderful sea view. We had only a dinner there, the food is very tasty, the service is excellent and the staff in the restaurant are very polite and they welcomes you with a smile. There is also a free parking in front and in the back of the hotel. The beach is very nice and clean, with clean sunbeds, umbrellas and crystal clean sea water. There is a super market next to the hotel and a bakery a few steps away. Once again, thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful sandy beach, has its own parking, free sunbeds and we had good Wifi both around the hotel and on the beach. The room was clean and spacious, had a comfortable bed, a big terrace with a nice view of the sea and it was cleaned daily. The stuff in the hotel and restaurant is very polite and professional, especially Froso and Angela, but really everyone. The restaurant is a bit pricier, but worth it. We tried several restaurants and it has the best food in Vrachos in my opinion. I recommend trying the grilled swordfish and boiled mussels. There is a market and a bakery 50-100 meters from the hotel and there are plenty of other restaurants and fast food options in the vicinity.

The hotel has the best location in Vrachos. It has free parking, very good free Wi-Fi, beach is across the street. Rooms are cleaned every day, sheets and towels are changed every few days. The room even has a "kitchen corner" which was a nice surprise. Froso is a very good manager, always positive, kind, friendly, willing to help everyone in every situation. We had a really nice holiday.

Froso welcomed us very friendly. She explained everything. Very nice hotel directly at the beach, with parking place. We stayed for 14 days in Vrachos. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. We went to different restaurants in the area at night. With Greek cuisine, very tasty. We made some excursions: Kayaking on the river Acheron, dolphin watching tour, Nikopolus. We drove to some villages around and visited Preveza and Parga. Very nice vacation. Thank you.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. We were with a baby and a toddler, and when we arrived, the room already had a baby cot and a rail on the bed for the toddler. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Rooms were cleaned every day, and all towels were changed. The hotel is in front of the beach. Everything was perfect! Recommending!

I have been in many places around the world but never a place as good as this. The hotel manager Froso, greeted at arrival and showed me around. During the entire stay she took care of every wish with a smile on her face. She also sent me messages to hear if I was okey and enjoyed my stay during the week. The level of service is incredible. The room was extremely clean and the design very modern. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice with very good food and great service. WiFi extremely good even at the beach. Perfect location for those who want to relax and enjoy a vacation. I will return to this place many times. A true gem!

We were welcomed almost at midnight as we were delayed on the road, the staff were very helpful and understanding. We actually stayed at Haris which appears to have the same owners. Everything was great, location is exceptional and the local restaurants serve delicious food. Will definitely come again!

Great hotel and the best on our trip. Room super clean and perfectly furnished, very quiet although above a restaurant which fortunately was also the best in this area. Beach over the road with very nice staff and sunbeds included. I want to mention Frosos who took care of us at all times and did everything to make our stay wonderful.
