How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

This is an EXCELLENT hotel in a lovely suburban area of Athens with a lovely restaurant that was family friendly a couple of blocks over. I could not have had a better first night with my family in Athens

We weren't there long enough
We needed a place to stay not too far from the Airport and on our way to our next destination, the only disappointment is we weren't there long enough to enjoy the hotel. Management thought of everything, even a proper toothbrush holder. Towels were fluffy, room and bed very comfortable with a balcony. Breakfast was yummy and the staff fantastic. Thank you for all the messages and how to access our room after hours.

I would prefer a wider range of breakfast food and facility for making toast.
The location of this stylish hotel was perfect for us because we were going to use medical facilities nearby. However, it is very close to the Olympic Stadium and great shopping malls. The hotel had good underground parking. The room was spacious and very clean. The air-conditioning was very quiet and kept the room at an even temperature. The breakfast was limited, but I liked that it was all healthy food. Our room had a small kitchen area with crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle and a good sized fridge.

The scrambles eggs and orange juice were lovely, the room was clean, I liked the music in the lift! Lots of lovely little touches. I would definitely stay again.

Property was located in a great position,and it was neatly maintained and cleaned.The staff was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel at home.Room had complimentary drinks and there was also complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.We would definitely go back.

Breakfast was a bit expensive. And could have done with some more lights in the bathroom. Our view from the the balcony wasn’t great. The hotel didn’t do any good after breakfast
So clean and had everything was on perfect location for the hospital and staff were wonderful. Room was immaculate and had everything. Air con was perfect!

It only serves breakfasts and no evening meals, had to go and find a restaurant for food each night, although there is one in walking distance
Room was excellent and clean. The two ladies that work reception were very helpful with ordering taxis and local information. Thank you ladies

The location is a bit far from the touristic attractions. Rooms are tiny
- cleanliness - fast check-in - buffet corner nonstop, where you can find ice lemonade, coffee with delicious almond milk, fruits. - stuff was very helpfull

There is no gym in the hotel, which I find always important. If they would have had it, it would have been perfect.
The rooms are extremely clean, neat and spacious. All is very new, so it works perfectly. The breakfast is very fresh and all, but the bread, is made from scratch. All of the staff are at the top of hospitality and kindness, which we’ve experienced. The area is ideal for us as we have businesses nearby.

Everything was really good.

Fantastic hotel, not far off drive between Athens International Airport and central Athens, only about a 25 minute drive. It was an oasis after a long trip- spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed. While there was easy contactless late arrival, there was also help easily available.

Perfect gem of a hotel in a very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking available. Excellent aesthetics and one of the best light designs in a hotel room Ive seen in a long time. The rooms are just the right size with a modern-minimal look. Comfortable bed and pillows, amenities and tea-coffee making facility plus a full stock of utensils, glasses etc. Overall I rate this to be an excellent venue.
