How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is at a good location away from the party life from Mykonos and is a bit of a walk to the main attractions and town of Mykonos, which is a bit time consuming if you're planning that.
The staff member at reception (Christos) is super friendly and nice! He helped us check in early and was attentive to us. Looked after us well and provided us with tips. Christos even arranged us transport. He is so lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable for one night. The hotel is located super close to the Mykonos airport (just 15 min walk or 3 min drive).

Just a bit far in terms of walking distance of Mykonos attractions.
Modern, late check out, affordability and great host. There’s a restaurant and a pharmacy on the same property. Close to airport.

10/10 stay! It was our last night in Mykonos and we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. Vrachos Suites is the perfect place to rewind & relax… we absolutely loved the spa!! It was the cherry on top. Ana in reception was super friendly- letting us check in a little earlier and also assisting us with a transfer to the airport.

It was far from the beach. No common area. AC was not working properly.
The rooms were big and spacious. Staff were excellent.

almost impossible to get a Taxi. If you Stay here you will Need you Own car/ scooter.

unfortunately we could not disembark our cruise so could not stay the night and we could not cancel. We however used the room for a short time to freshen up since we could not get our money back. The location was a long walk up a very busy road. So glad we did not have our luggage with us.

Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, loud noises emanating from the below butchers were a constant disturbance during both day and night. It was quite baffling why a hotel would be constructed above a noisy establishment without proper soundproofing. Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues. On the first night, the curtains in our room leaked from the rain, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the safe in our room malfunctioned, emitting an irritating beeping sound. The lack of soundproofing extended to the rooms themselves, making it feel like we had to whisper and compromising our privacy. We were also taken aback when construction work commenced next to our new room without any prior notification, causing a disturbance when workers accessed the balcony. Furthermore, the absence of sufficient storage for clothes in the room was a notable inconvenience. The cleaners often arrived early in the morning, which was inconvenient for us, as we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility in their schedule. Towards the end of our trip, we also encountered an unpleasant odor on the balcony.
The shower in our room was delightful, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep throughout our stay. We were pleased to find that the television in our room allowed us to access our streaming services, offering a personalized entertainment experience. The hotel's decor was tastefully done, creating an inviting ambiance. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our stay was the balcony, complete with a hot tub, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Ana was helpful where she could be and very friendly.
