We loved our stay here. The owner's son was very helpful, and we had all the necessary things we needed. Super clean place, modern and beautifully kept. Very close to the monasteries. Parking is in front of the apartment. Perfect directions are given to arrive.

In general we liked it, there were only a few unpleasant little things: - The owner said that we should turn on the boiler upon arrival, but he didn’t specify that it automatically turns off after 24 hours, because of this we were without hot water one morning - We would like to get more information from the owner: recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets, a city map, an up-to-date schedule of monasteries (only locals know it, since the schedule on the official website is incorrect) - On the first day it was difficult to find the house but we arrived with the help of locals. The owner explained us the route in advance, but then we found an easier way ourselves - We needed more privacy: the windows of room #1 overlook the courtyard and the common staircase, so with the windows open we were always visible, it would be nice to have at least a translucent tulle - There wasn’t enough light in the bathroom (only 1 lamp), the shower stall was leaking and the shelf inside it is located very high, there is only one hook for small towels near the sink and in the corner, where the towel doesn’t dry. Like everywhere in Greece, you couldn't throw paper in the toilet - The floor in our room was on a slope, which sometimes made us dizzy - The dining table was very high

+ It’s a beautiful stone house located on a quiet (non-touristy) outskirts of the old town right at the foot of the meteors. There are only 3 studios and a shared terrace (there is a 4th room, but they use it as a storage room) + Our room #1 was the first from the entrance to the terrace, so we had only one neighbor (on the right) and it was the warmest and driest room, since the other two were closer to the rock on which part of the house stands. + The room was clean, bright, not too spacious, but nice and comfortable, with everything you need - Wi-Fi, hair dryer, bathroom accessories (even slippers!), lots of sockets, various dishes, detergents and disinfectant, tea/coffee and sweets, juices and water in the fridge, a supply of wonderful fluffy towels and even a first aid kit. The beds were also comfortable. + Great location: the hotel is the starting point of the walking trail to the Holy Trinity Monastery, the old town is within walking distance (be sure to visit the Byzantine Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary (inside) and a real Greek tavern for locals after St.Vissarion Church!) + The terrace and the whole area around the house offer stunning views of the meteors, which are located very close and on both sides. Each room on the common terrace has its own table and two chairs, where it is very pleasant to sit in the evenings (it is still cold in the morning) + The house has a public parking for several cars and there are always free spaces there + The house looks well-kept, clean, there are many flowers on the terrace and even ropes for drying clothes

Excellent host: kind, professional, responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Small details provided made us feel welcome: water, some sweets, and recommendations about the area. Truly well prepared for guests. The place was very clean, quiet, peaceful and comfortable. In terms of location, it was further from the city/ main square, which was convenient for us. Parking in front of the property.
