The only thing was the jacuzzi. I was under the impression it would be heated so when I used it the first time I found it to be too cold for me. Also be aware it is a lot of walking so bring good walking shoes!

Host Mario was amazing! He met us as soon as we got off the bus and helped take our suitcases. He then suggested his personal favorite restaurants to visit and was always available to text if I needed anything.

You’ve gotta do something about the stray cats. They are all over, even came into the room and shed hair all over the bed. Also dogs periodically pooped on the staid to the villas, and nobody cleans up. Perhaps you guys could take on keeping the stairs clean - walking through poop and mangy cats every time is not the entry you imagine for nice villas like these.

I wouldn’t say that the view was amazing maybe I had higher expectations and wanted to have a better view on caldera. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong however since it was a cave room maybe smth common.

Perfect location, beautiful cave style room and comfortable hot tub for two. Loads of space and decent privacy too. Pretty close the heart of Oia so it feels like you’re in the main hub. Absolutely loved the property and Mario makes it an even more pleasant stay. From arranging pick up to always being available for any help, highly recommend this place. No issues with safety, comfort or luxury. Will definitely return here when back in Santorini.

My hot tub was not close to my room as I expected.

Our room was exactly as described in the picture, very specious, clean, comfortable but without breakfast.The host & his brother were very kind, professional & helpful, they gave us good recommendation & helped us with rent a car. The view of the room was breathtaking, exactly as I wanted. I really enjoyed my stay.

Close to everything, amazing view, quiet area even though it's just a few steps away from the main street. Highly recommend. Mario organized a guy to meet us at check in/out to carry our luggage down/up.

The view from the hot tub or loungers were breathtaking! You could just lie there and relax the entire day. Although Oia was constantly bustling with people, while lounging on the terrace, you still feel secluded enough and don't see the crowds. Location was amazing as well!

Amazing cave villa with stunning views of the caldera! Spacious, with an outdoor jacuzzi and everything you need. Albert from Virginia’s Cave Villas was an incredible host—he helped with our bags (100+ stairs!), organized transfers, and even got up at 4:30 am to carry our luggage for a 5am airport transfer. Always available on WhatsApp for any questions. Highly recommended stay in Oia. Thank you!

The stay was wonderful, great location, the room looked amazing and comfortable. The jacuzzi was warm and we enjoyed it at night. Mario was friendly, he made sure we had a nice stay. We took the transfer service for 90€ (both ways) and it was worth it, they picked us up from the port and carried our luggages to the Hotel. Highly recommended!
