The staff were the absolute highlight of the property, Christos the manager and Marius in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent time. The facilities, pool, view and location were all perfect - would definitely stay at this venue again!

Not much. It was great. They could do with some proper umbrellas or other shade around the pool so that you can eat your breakfast outside without being in the direct sun. Aside from that, it's a really nice wee place.

This is a lovely, family run hotel in Fira. The rooms are beautifully designed with their own hot tubs. The breakfast is really good and the staff are so helpful and lovely. It's well located away from the madness of Fira while still being within easy walking distance.

Road noise was quite obvious but not overly annoying . Shower water pressure was poor.

This place is just gorgeous! We had a huge balcony overlooking the sea. Christos is totally charming and helpful and wants to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The little drinks around the pool were such a nice touch and the pool is spotless- everything is spotless. Only a 10 min walk into central Fira and the bus stop. We would 100% stay here again. The breakfast was the best we had in Greece on a 3 week trip- lots of variation. The women at the bar are so warm and kind. A great atmosphere.

Location perfect - as close enough to heart of Fira but far enough to provide a relaxing vibe. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were fantastic - welcoming and genuinely interested in providing great service. We would highly recommend staying at Callia Retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Callie!! Thank you so much to Christos and team. Top quality service and breakfast was 10/10. We stayed in the luxury suites with the tub, the room designing was designed very tastefully. Location was perfect as it was central with a short walk to the town. The team went above and beyond with any questions or queries we had (i.e. helping us organise a care to hire and arrange transport to and from the port). We hope to return to this accommodation one day! Thank you again to the team!!

Pool is not heated and the hot tub could have been slightly warmer. Breakfast options could be fresher.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations and queries. The room is lovely, we had the premium suite and the outdoor area was beautiful. Great to have netflix on the TV. Well located less then a 10minute walk to Fira square. Pool area is lovely with options of sun loungers and beds. As the accommodation is small there is plenty for everyone. We were given beach towels on our last day to bring away with us for the day as we had a late flight and had the option to use the communal shower on our return which was really helpful.

Property was absolutely amazing! Location is fantastic and walking distance to the town. The rooms were amazing super spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast assortment was also incredible and the pool area is so well kept and clean. We were blown away by the staff, some of the nicest hotel staff members I have ever come across. They were so helpful and caring and also great fun! A special shoutout to margarita, Christos and Marios for being so so helpful and accommodation

Amazing staff whom all go above and beyond for you! The breakfast is good and has a large variety. Clean rooms and room cleaning service offered every day along with hot tub maintenance. The hotel is just a short walk to the main bus stop in Santorini connecting you to all the main places with ease and Fira itself.

We had a truly relaxing time! The location was great, the breakfast excellent, the resort very beautiful, and we especially want to highlight the staff and service. We truly felt at home because Cristos and his team were so incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive. You guys are the best! If we ever find ourselves back in Santorini, we'll definitely be back :)
