Staying here was such a lovely experience! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, in a peaceful area. The warm welcome started right at the villa, where Babis — the friendly owner and a well-known local honey maker. The guest house has a homely feel, with beautiful cats and dogs that make the place even more charming. Everything is spotless, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the location is ideal for both exploring and unwinding. A true gem with great value for money!

Our stay at Kavourakia Guesthouse on the beautiful island of Skiathos from July 26th to July 30th, 2025, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and beauty of this place. The house itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. The terrace, with its panoramic vistas, offered some of the most incredible scenery we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, we found ourselves constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. Words can't quite do justice to the peace and serenity that the location provides — it truly felt like a slice of paradise. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He was not only kind and genuinely welcoming but also incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. From offering local tips to assisting with transportation, his willingness to go the extra mile made us feel at home. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth in a host, and it really enhanced our overall experience. There is absolutely nothing we could fault during our time at Kavoarakia. Every moment was perfect, and we left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning views, excellent hospitality, and a place that feels like home, Kavoarakia is the place to be. We highly recommend it!

Great location! Lovely, clean apartment! The view from our balcony was amazing! Brilliant views of the the bay and olive groves from our room! Babis, the owner is the most lovely, helpful man and is so knowledgeable regarding the area and the best places to visit.

Be prepared to have some kind of light because half of the way to the villa is in total darkness without any lights. The second half is with lights.

Near buss station, close to giros fast food, small grocery store and around 400 meters to wonderful beach with great Beach-house restaurant and bar. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our aircons get broke and next morning came new one. That is great service from the host. I will gladly return to Villa Kavourakia.

Villa Kavourakia is an excellent choice for anyone looking for accommodation in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful nature. It stands out with its breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the island landscape. The atmosphere of the entire property, with its lovely garden, is very welcoming and pleasant. The villa's location is ideal – set on a hill in a quiet, tranquil area, yet very close to several beautiful beaches, a bus stop, and a small shop. The studio itself is well equipped, and the balcony overlooks a lovely, picturesque valley, offering valuable shade for almost the entire day. The host is kind, helpful, and always ready to give advice or assistance. We warmly recommend staying at Villa Kavourakia.

The access road (has 50 metres of deeply rutted track) needs to be upgraded. I damaged my (small) hire car on leaving... it's still being dealt with.

Lovely host who was very helpful and friendly. Great accommodation, I was kindly given an upgrade due to my mobility issues to obviate the need for any stairs - really appreciated. Wonderful view from my balcony and I would imagine, any balcony on the property. Comfortable bed, good cooking facilities, and shower/ water pressure/temperature.

The villa was at the top of a hill so guests should be prepared for a bit of a climb to get there but it was totally worth it for the sea views at the villa.

The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea. It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week. The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome. The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring. The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries. It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

Beyond expectations. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and greenery all around. Clean apartments. It has everything you need plus things you didn't know you would need. They took care of every detail. Excellent location, in the middle between the two most important on Skiathos: Koukounaires and Troulos beaches on one side and Skiathos town itself on the other. There are also cute and discreet animals around: the lovely and shy dog ​​Ramona and a couple of cats. And under the balcony in the surrounding greenery you can see sheep grazing. The friendly host Babis deserves all the praise.

I really appreciated the peace and quiet, away from the islands main road. The apartment was well equipped. I enjoyed the shady balcony at the back overlooking pine and olive groves. There are 4 beaches within easy reach.

The landlord and staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They clean daily and change the bed lining every second day. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's a huge garden with beautiful flowers. Parking lot and a beautiful view of the sea. Nearby there's a supermarket too. Bring only a mosquito repellent or a refill.

Perfect room large corner room large bed. Large balcony that had stunning views of the island and sea. Babi was a great host he dropped us off at the beach as we didn’t hire a car as one night stay there. Beautiful and peaceful traditional we loved it.

The way up to the villa is a bit steep on foot, but it is not a long walk and with any vehicle it is really easy to get to. Anyone who can walk can do it.

The view is beatiful from the room. The room is more than enough for 2 people. The host is really friendly and helpful. A lot of greate restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Would definelty choose this again if i had the chance!
