The accommodation is beautiful—a villa with a small garden. I’m staying in one of the rooms on the ground floor. The host is very warm and friendly. We had a lovely chat, and he generously shared some ice cream and watermelon with me. I’m truly grateful!

The location is not in a perfect place, but with Giannis touring, it’s not a problem at all, so I would say everything is great!

Very helpful and hospitable, made me feel at home. As it’s in a low season, it’s not very convenient for a solo traveler to visit around, Giannis drove me to many many places and helped me made use of my time, we had a wonderful tour for the island and saw so many beautiful places! He didn’t charge me any tour fee but only let me paid the fuel fee, a bit expensive which I realized lately but totally worth! He is also very passionate of exploring his island together with his customers. The room is big and clean, very furnished and convenient, he also offered me dinner and some morning tea, very gentle and kind! He is also very considerate and remind me to book my back ferry ticket and made everything well planned. And he had a beautiful yard and many cute cats, I had really great time in Zakynthos because of Giannis, thank you!

Great little rooms, kitchenette was well stocked the crockery and cutlery. Could have done with a toaster but the grill in the oven was usable. Nice atmosphere, nice people a a good sized room. I will definitely be coming here again. Recommended 👍

This place is magical! It's in a quiet peaceful area, the garden is beautiful and Giannis is a wonderful host. He gives you a lot of good tips & information and offers you to drive you wherever you wanna go. We had good talks and the room is lovely and equipped with everything you need.

Sometimes the water was not so hot, but it was fine to take a shower.

The host is an amazing person and he invited me to snorkeling trips, showed best places on the island and treated us very nicely. He is a freediver very passionate about nature. You feel like in a family there. Comfortable beds, beautiful garden, terrace, you can cook.

Yannis is simply the most hospitable host you can find. We booked the last night of our holiday in Zakynthos at Villa Xenos, but what a nice experience it was! Letting aside that we were given a bigger room that we had booked, Yannis asked us right after we settled down if we would like to go with him in the afternoon to do a little snorkeling and see the turtles. No tour boat advertising the turtle "spotting" can give you the experience of seeing a turtle by snorkeling in the shallow waters near Cameo Island and Yannis is the perfect guide to show you how it can be achieved. The icing on the cake, after a wonderful night out, Yannis took us to the airport in the morning (Villa Xenos is ideally located between the airport and the beach). Thank you, Yannis, for one of the nicest experience we had in Zakynthos.

Basic kitchenette bathroom but a huge fridge freezer. All adequate.

The L shape terrace was undisputedly stunning from the two bed family apartment on the first floor. Mountain range views with three separate exits of two bedrooms. Fab modern air con.

Very polite and hospitable hosts. They offered to take me to the airport. The room is very big with all amenities. The wifi signal is very good and there is a lovely garden.

Location is a bit far away from kalamaki. Its about 30 min walk. AC not strong and was making a weird noise all night, which was annoying.

We only stayed for 1 night but the staff was friendly. Room was clean. Big size studio for a group of friends. We stayed in a room that slept 5 people. Standard size toilet
