Very good location. Walking distance to bus station. I love the small patio attached to the room. The owner is vey friendly, responding to messages quickly and willing to help. We arrived the airport after midnight, and he arranged transportation for us for 30 Euro, which is a good price.

We couldn’t leave our luggage after check out 11am - even though our ferry to Milos was later in the afternoon.

For the price it was a very good stay. We only stayed one night after landing at the airport - our ferry was the next day. It was basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent location - close to everything but quiet at night.

The room smelt a bit musty upon arrival and the bathroom/shower was pretty small but that was to be expected. We weren't too bothered by it but some people may not like this.

We had a great stay in Santorini - check in and out was easy. We arrived after reception hours and the hosts contacted us about how to get into our room and it was all simple and straight forward. The location is amazing - you can easily walk around Fira and explore the town. We caught the bus to the ferry port and the bus station was just down the road from the accommodation which was fantastic. We were only here for one night before catching the ferry to Milos, so it was a quick visit & great value for money.

There's seems to be just one lady does everything; most likely overly worked. The guests' interaction was rather unpleasant, perhaps a little holiday is needed. Thin walls between rooms.

Very easy to find,room was comfortable, has little fridge, good wifi. Right in the heart of Fira. The room was very clean with a little balcony, we only have one night here before catching our ferry back to Athens. We could leave our bags before and after checked in/out.

Our ground floor room lacked natural light and the balcony overlooked a public area. No kettle.

The bathroom/shower was small but that was to be expected. Be prepared for a shared common area when you are on the balcony on the bottom floor, didn’t bother us but just noted for people who like to sit outside.

No hot water to make my tea ie no kettle in the room.

Near the main Fira bus station n shops. Walking distance to the cable car cliff side that overlooks Akrotiri in the South n Oia in the north. Property manager, perhaps assuming that I was a smoker ( which I am not) , contacted me prior to my arrival that a smaller room with a balcony was available on the ground floor. I was initially hesitant to take his offer until he said the room I booked, though larger, is located on the 2nd floor n apartment has no lift. I have had great struggle lugging my 20kg bag up the stairs in Capri n Amalfi so in good faith I finally accepted his offer. However, upon arrival the ground floor room was tiny n the balcony was half sealed with a wall making it like a cell so no use for me. I insisted on switching back to my original booking which the manager reluctantly agreed.

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, ss it was very thin.. shower curtain was extremely irritating.. Suggest booking.com also comments location as music was played until till 5am each day from neighborhood clubs.

Although the location is near to one main street, it is kind of hidden. I would had liked the bed to be more comfortable, but as my stay was for only one night, it was not a deal breaker.

The room was cozy and clean. It has everything you need for a your stay but only for sleep and clean yourself as it is a little bit small. The location is good as it is near of one of the main streets in Santorini, so you can find places to eat and shop easily as well as the bus station to go/com from the airport.

There is however a lack of a boiler and anything to heat food. The cleanliness was generally good, however I found hair on the floor that definitely wasn’t mine. And when there is noise, in the other rooms or from outside, the insulation isn’t great.

Nice place, very well situated in Fira and reasonably priced. The area is pedestrian and a little away from the main streets, thus mostly quiet. The room is decently sized, the sheets and towels are replaced daily, the bed is decent although the mattress is not the best. The bathroom is good. There is no problem with the shower. There’s a mosquito net in the bathroom window.

Grateful that the host was very helpful to us. Contacted him at 1am and was not hesitant to accommodate us. Also forgot my laptop and was able to retrieve it with ease. Room was clean and close to shops and restaurants. Price was also reasonable.
