We would have liked a better equipped kitchen.

Nice accommodation, a bit far from the centre. I recommend to rent some kind of transport. The advantage of the accommodation is that it has its own parking across the road, a nice pool and a garden. The most interesting thing is that it's very close to the airport and you can watch the planes. There's a beach nearby, where planes fly right over your head.

Kitchenette very basic. Could do with more cutlery, tea spoons, bread knife, bowls.

Even though the apartments are close to the airport, they were surprisingly peaceful. Obviously there is the noise from aircraft on landing and takeoff, but really not a problem. The gardens were pretty and pool nice and chilled to hang around. There is also a limited bus service to/from the port. Taxi's also around 10 euros

Too far to walk to Skiathos port, but there is a good shuttle bus 5 times a day and reception staff ordered a taxi several times.

There are some minor missing things that would make a stay much more comfortable here: What is truly sufficient is the equipment of the room. A/C worked properly, however it blew directly to one of a family member. Equipment in the kitchenette is also insufficient, no napkins, tissues, no scissors, no microwave, no heating system at all. It's not advised to drink from the tap water, so be awared to take drinking water with you, however the closest supermarket is around 2 kms from the property. Furnitures are bit outdated, would worth to have an update. Also the size of the bathroom is so tiny, you need to take a whole cleaning once you've had a shower.

We are enthusiastic plane spotters, so the location was perfect for us. The crystal clear Xanemos Beach is also very close, as well as Beach Club Záma, which is one of the most relaxing place in the whole island. The garden and the pool are clean and refreshing, handled with so much care. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Fridge works properly. The whole area is so quiet, it's so relaxing to get back from the noisy old town, yet the planes come and go - but that's the bonus fun at all.

Bathroom door broke so wouldn’t close, bathroom floor can get really wet as shower cubicle has no door.

Cleaner and reception lady were very friendly and helpful, the cleaner rang a taxi for us off her phone as receptionist had finished for the day. Nice quiet location, close to the beach and nice 25 min walk down the hill towards the town but do not recommend walking from town back to hotel in midday heat as uphill. Taxis fast and reliable.

Too many chemicals in the swimming pool. The bed was missing some supporting pieces of wood.

Beautiful place with very nice staff. Great place for plane spotting, I spent a lot of time watching planes from the sun bed. Very short walking distance to beach.

The staff are amazing. Maria always so very helpful. Lovely location although we did rent a quad which Maria organised for us to make it easier to get about. It’s a long walk to town. Right next to runway which we actually enjoyed, no noise in a night time. Pool quiet and peaceful.

Could have done with extra pillows. Although, it was our own fault as we kept forgetting to ask for more, as I'm sure we could have had more.

It was relaxed, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was as per advertised, no bells and whistles, but had everything we needed as a base to go off out exploring the island. Within minutes of discussing potential bike/quad rental, we had one delivered. The pool was welcoming at the end of a busy hot day out exploring. For a small hotel, it was more than adequate. Evidently no full time lifeguard/attendant, but the hotel gardener/maintenance guy is out early each morning clearing it, and the cleaner would also check in through her working day to clear the area, if required. Wasps are part of nature, and when ignored, they were not a concern. The shower was plenty hot and powerful. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily, with replacement towels on request. For a 3 star and the price paid we were very happy.

40mins walk to centre / shops / restaurants. Easy to get taxi back but harder to get a taxi into town. Front desk was usually empty when we left so couldn’t ask them to call us a taxi

A small microwave would probably be useful, the accommodation is offered as an apartment and the kitchen could be more equipped for a family with children.

Absolute peace in the evening, fun watching planes during the day. Nice clean pool, Xanemos beach beautiful and almost empty. We didn't use the bus to the port, but it runs regularly and for those who don't rent a car or motorbike, it is certainly a good option in combination with a taxi.

Location: totally opposite to all attractive beaches at the south of the island, definitely you need a car. Facilities: old not maintained tons of problems Value for money: ridiculously expensive for what it offers. Unfortunately the pictures trick you to something that on site is totally different Not recommended at all!

We really enjoyed our stay! We knew all the details and location in advance, and it turned out to be a unique place. The staff was very polite and even let us check in early as our room was ready. Regular cleaning, a great pool, and the sea just a few minutes away. We were happy with everything!

To be honest it is not the most attractive part of the town. It is not a hotel but also not an apartment with very little facilities. 2 plates for 3 people, 1 odd campaign glass. Very uncomfortable beds and 1 flat pillow to each bed ( slats falling down when one sits on it( 50kg) ) with no extra pillows nor plates available when asked. Nowhere to buy anything close by.

Phenomenal stay with wonderful hospitality. The family who owns this place really went out of their way to make me feel taken care of. Beautiful views, walking distance from the port, and the comfiest bed I’ve encountered in my stay on the island.
