I would appreciate more options in the kitchen area. I ended up buying kettler, a camper gas stove, and extra glasses. There is no mini kitchen/sink, few available dishes need to be washed in the mini bathroom sink. The beds are squeaky and not very comfortable. From the smoker's standpoint, for the first time in Greece, we were not allowed to smoke on the garden patio in front of the room so definitely not advised for smokers, as to reach designated sitting/smoking area, you have to stumble on the rocky path around the house while balancing coffee, juice, cigarettes and phone, which was not fun. The Wi-Fi signal is weak, not allowing for voice calls.

House is located in the woods and has beautiful garden. Car is needed to move around. House is older but clean. Room has fridge and filter coffee machine. There are few dedicated sitting areas in the garden below the house.

There was no breakfast at the facility I would prefer to have it served. I would like to be more free about where to smoke in the facility. There was only a limited part outside of the hotel that I was allowed to smoke and I didn't know this beforehand.

It was so green, fresh air, protective from the mosquitos.

The internet wasn't working properly, but it wasn't a problem for us. It was perfect for relaxing. Also, our host, Eva, was extremely kind and attentive. She took care of us and offered us coffee.

The location of the place we stayed was very nice. Even though there were other people there, it was a very peaceful and quiet place.

A few things made our stay less comfortable. The fridge was set to a very low cooling level (2), we increased it to 7 and the next morning housekeeping came and switched it back to 2 without letting us know. When we came back from the beach we hadn't noticed, and as a result we woke up to some of our food spoiled — especially frustrating as we had cooling packs that completely thawed out. The cooling packs were necessary for our cooling bag for the beach. We set it back at 7 and every day, housekeeping would come in and turn it back down to 2. Not ideal when it's hot outside and you need cold drinks and a cooling bag for the beach. Speaking of housekeeping — the cleaning was fine, but towel changes were inconsistent (only one towel changed at first, then later one again but not both), and they didn’t replace the toilet paper, which seemed like a basic oversight. The air conditioning was unreliable — it worked sometimes and then suddenly didn’t, usually late at night when it was too hot to sleep and too late to call anyone. There were no instructions for the A/C, the weird socket setup (one plug only worked when a lamp switch was turned on). There is no fan in the bathroom so the hot air from the shower would go straight to the room and unless you want other people to see you into your towel, you'd have to keep the curtains and door of the room shut or turn the A/C (which didn't work). Wi-Fi was also a real issue. Being in the forest, we had no 4G/5G reception, so we relied on the Wi-Fi, which barely reached our room (just one bar, and slow). I'd definitely recommend installing a Wi-Fi extender on that side of the building — especially for guests who might need to work remotely.

The apartment is nestled in a beautiful forest setting, which made it feel peaceful and secluded. Once we figured out how to get there, we appreciated the tranquility. There was space for our car, a lovely patio right outside the room, and the owner was kind enough to leave the key in the door and let us know in advance — super smooth check-in.

There was an issue with the internet and we couldn't have wifi. Also certain mobile services cannot be recepted in the house. There are small things that could use some upgrade, but nothing that could have spoiled the holiday. The Confort Rooms don't have a kitchinette, but I believe it was my fault for not reading better the details (i was mesmereized by the garden). But they do have a fridge, basic cutlery, a toaster, an egg cooker and a coffee filter.

The garden right under the mountain forest is a wonderful gem and it was the reason we chose this location: it certainly delivered with pine fragrances, birds chirping, quiet green and cool mornings. Our host was very thorough with the cleaning and we had our room spotless every day, with regular change of towels and sheets. We loved the house - it has a shabby chic feel to it, combining the legacy of her former days with the additions of modern days. The covered parking lot is great, also we felt really safe in the area

Just be careful with the door, not to let it open because mosquitoes will enter the apartment. During the day you can hear the noise from the traffic, but for us it wasn't annoying. If you have loud neighbors, you can hear them :)

The place is cute and cosy, clean and surrounded by nature. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a shadowed parking lot near the accommodation. The small kitchen is enough for making coffee and your own cold breakfast. The air conditioning works well if you need it. There's a beautiful gazebo for eating outside. The nearest village and market are 5 minutes driving, and you have plenty of beaches in 10 minutes driving along the coast. We would return to this place in the future :) thank you for hosting us ❤️

The fact that it doesn't have a kitchenette, we have to wash dishes, etc, on the toilet sink.... for me, it doesn't fit the idea of mixing kitchen with toilet. Becomes hard to prepare a simple breakfast since there's no area for it.

It's very quiet, at night you can relax and enjoy it. Very fresh since you are surrounded by nature. Eva is very nice and polite, and she tries to make us feel comfortable and help with everything she can.

For us was enough but for a family (maybe with kids) that would like to cook for themselves, the small kitchenette probably wouldn’t be sufficient as the room where we stayed was lacking a cooking device like stove or electric stove. Probably there are other rooms with bigger kitchen.

Although occasionally, you can hear the traffic on the main road, the place is still calm and quiet surrounded by the pines and olive trees. The property is close to “civilization “ but far enough to be peaceful. The room where we have been, on the ground level, was always cool which was perfect to run away from the outside heat. This is what I liked the most. The room stayed cooler throughout the day. And the vast garden with the olive trees. The host was always responsive and accommodating.

Unfortunately the room was not clean enough and there were lots of bugs in the room. Also the bathroom was smelling not good becaus of missing air condition. Breakfast was poor.

Difficulty getting in touch with the host, issues with warm water on multiple occasions (no hot water in the evening). Some places in the apartment weren't very clean. The host was turning off our air conditioning while we weren't in the apartment. Kitchen is not very well equipped.

We booked a 3 bed apartment and only got a 2 bed Studio for the three of us (small child), according to booking.com a baby bed was available and requested by us with the booking, but at arrival we were told it was only for babies up to 10 kg. We asked for a bigger apartment according to our booking after sleeping in one 1,50 m bed for one night. The host immediately reacted and offered the bigger apartment we booked, so the problem was solved. The single bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable (old matress). The bathroom in the bigger apartment smells from the sewer pipe. According to booking.com there was a shared kitchen available (in addition to the small kitchenette in the apartment), which was one of the reasons why we booked Villa Rena. However, at arrival we were told that the kitchen was only available to prepare baby food (which was okay for us but might be a disappointment for guests without children, who would like to cook.)

Very nice location in the countryside, very nice garden and places in the shade to sit outside + small playground, very clean and daily cleaning of apartment, very friendly host, nicely decorated, parking in the shade under sun roof Additional equipment, such as a coffee machine or beach umbrella, are offered upon request. The airco works very well and there are roller shutters on the window.
