Location - 700m from the Troullos Beach, very good restaurant right next door (Jasteri Restaurant) and Olimera vis-a vis form brunches, bus stop 50m away (buses are very reliable, 10min interval, AC, 3 or 2 Euros per ticket depending on the distance). Guest was very helpful, always asking if we're OK and helped as with transport from airport and back.

Hot water relies on the sun, no sun, you get warm/cold water. You can't blame Nicos the owner for that. He's very helpful and attentive too.

The location is excellent. The accommodation is great value for money. Fairly basic, typically Greek. Everything you need.The bed was really comfortable and the room faced on to a nice garden. Nearby restaurants are superb, I particularly liked Zorbas and Jasteri. English bar staff too.

Friendly, helpful owner, quiet property in a good, rural location, tavernas, main bus route and shops nearby. Troulos beach close by and walkable distance for a fit person to many other beaches.

The main road is close to the property, and the insulation is poor! But after midnight everything was quiet (roads/tavernas) and we could sleep ok. In full season this may be an issue! Small mirror in the bathroom. Absence of mosquito nets. The furniture is a bit outdated. As a conclusion I can say that the holiday was a success for our family, we left from there with wonderful memories and usually for this property I would rate it with 7 (taking in consideration position near sea/ insulation/ quality of the furniture/ space of the bathroom/ pool), but because of the hosts, which were great, this compensate a lot. And life is not about comfort, it's about moments that remain in memory with the energy felt! And this make me give them a 10 and a big THANK YOU for all!

**The host, Nikos&Ourania, were very kind and friendly. Every day Nikos was trying to assure that everything it's ok for us and ask if we need to change the towels, sheets, clean the room. Also conversation with him was pleasant and every time I had the feeling that Greek people know how to behave with the tourists and make them feel welcomed! I didn't felt any time that they are exhausted after a long season of tourists and just wait to finish with their last accommodation for us. (We were there at the beginning of October!) **They wait us at the airport and also they return back to airport at the end of the holiday, for free! **They shared with us pomegranates, grapefruits, from their garden, which were very tasty! **Troulos beach is close to location, 5-10minutes walk and also the most famous Koukounaris, which is 5-10minutes by bus/car! **Good mattress, comfortable. **Good water pressure at the shower. Also curtain shower exist! **We appreciate the kitchen that was equipped with everything we need and which was spacious! We were 8 people in 2 apartments, and we all met to eat in one kitchen, which was great! **Parking is free, inside the court! **Good Wifi connection! **Air conditioner were present in every room, but we didn't need them.

The property is a bit old but very clean. It is in a good place, near different supermarkets, restaurants and a fantastic bakery. The bus stop is very close, and there is parking if you hire a car. The owners are very kind.

There was nothing really that I didn't like. Everything had it's charm, but I visited too early in the year,(in order to manage the heat) and I had hoped to easily travel to neighbouring islands for the day. But this was not possible until 1 day, at almost the end of my fortnight. A daily boat trip that gave you 2 hours in Skopelos was possible and was unexpectedly great fun, but to visit Alonnissos and Skopelos separately for a long day was not possible. Once being a subaqua diver, I really had hoped to snorkel in the Marine Park area around Alonnissos. One or two things weren't up and running. The little garden theatre. Maybe it's wrong to expect that from such a sparsely populated island. So I'm not blaming anyone. Nevertheless there were benefits to visiting early, as there were no queues, and that really was a blessing. Lastly, the staff at the Airport as I was leaving ...... I will say no more, as I was so upset. Witnessed by a very kind Tui representative, who could not believe what was happening. It was such a shame to finish a much needed holiday in such an exceptional way. ( I'm sure most people's experiences would be fine.)

Hosts Ourania and Nikos were extremely kind. Transferring me from and to the Airport. Taking me to the Supermarket, bringing me a home cooked evening meal, and checking on flights and also discovering a return ferry sailing to Skopelos. The house was in a beautiful and peaceful setting in a perfect place for me, close to bus stop 18 and a very easy short walk to Troulos beach. There are little shops and a bakery nearby and ATMs are everywhere in Skiathos.. I preferred to not eat out in the evening but could sit on my balcony and eat supper while listening to the occasional lovely Greek music from the taverna next door. Very relaxing. Nikos and Ourania warmly greeted me every day, and we're always so kind and helpful. It was very easy to ask their advice on anything. My room was spacious and always clean. I felt very lucky to have found this villa with such kind hosts in a lovely garden setting.

The shower floods the bathroom but it dries quickly enough

Very close to the bus station into towns and walking distance to the beach! There’s also a very nice food place a couple of minutes walk down the road, called the canteen. Ourania and Niko are amazing hosts. They collected us from the airport and dropped us back there after our stay. We couldn’t work the air con and they came to fix it straight away. They gave us water on arrival and cleaned our room every day. If they were in the garden they would offer us coffee and they showed us where the cheaper supermarkets were too.

Central for beach restaurants and bus stops. Friendly helpful hosts. Best coffee in skiathos!! Free transfer to and from airport and even stopped for us at the big supermarket to get supplies. Room cleaned every day . Loved our stay here at this family run apartments

The owners are really friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was nicely equipped - everything we needed for the 10 days. There were two balconies so you could sit in shade if you wished and the rooms were cleaned everyday. It’s in a great location with shops and tavernas very close by, as is bus stop 18.

There was nothing to dislike about the property

The owners Ourania and Nikos were super welcoming,friendly and always there to help you with anything you would need . A few examples during my stay .. always offered coffee , free airport transfer , they let me stay in my room until 6:30pm departure , spoke to the quad bike hire place when I had broken down in order to direct the assistance to the location for the repair . Anything I needed I always felt like they would go out of their way to help and give good information on the island and resort . Couldn’t ask for more ! The room was great cleaned every day and peaceful setting . I had everything I needed .

Nothing but a small safe in the apartment would be an added benefit.

Nico & Ourania we’re so welcoming. They made sure we were settled in & then looked after us with a welcome coffee. We were there during the hurricane & they checked everyday that we were ok. They then gave us weather news each day as the only TV access was in Greek & the pictorials limited to the mainland. The free airport pick up & return was a real bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very nice, and Nikos and Ourania, the hosts, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided an airport shuttle service for us. Nikos made a delicious barbecue, and we were treated to a plate of meat. The location is fantastic, being very close to the beach, supermarkets, and some fantastic tavernas. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation experience!

Our bathroom could have been a bit bigger. Also, our bed mattress could have been a bit softer.

We liked the accommodation pretty much. The owners were nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was running well. The location of the accommodation is good: it is near to some supermarkets, restaurants or a bus stop no. 18. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest beaches. The price was also good.

Fantastic typical Greek apartment, all the facilities as advertised. The view from my balcony was outstanding. In a great location in Troulos close to all restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beach is very close by too, gorgeous sandy beach. Buses very frequently into Skiathos Town. The owners were great, they picked me up at the airport which I truly appreciated after an early flight, no hassles getting public transport.

We had a very pleasant stay at your place. I recommand Villa Ourania for a relaxed and original greek atmosfere. You can find here all you need. It has a large garden, a space for cooking and the cleaning is made every day. In Troulos you can find a lot of tavernas with very good food. The beach from here is great and it is very close from Koukouniares Beach, Agia Paraskievi beach and a lot of great beaches from Skiathos. To reach Skiathos town and the other beaches you can take the bus. I recommand it because it cames at 10 minutes and you can buy the ticket from the bus. It is a very convenient way to travel here. We loved this island very much.

Villa Ourania is the perfect place to spend your holiday in complete relax. From the structure - which is comfortable, clean and near to a lots of tavernas and shops - you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the island and the Skiathos centre. Nikos, the owner, is very polite and always ready to help you with anything you'll need.

Vila Ourania is a fantastic place, very well located in the middle of a fantastic landscape, with access to 2 main roads. There are a lot of nice supermarkets and traditional restaurants in the area. Both hosts, Ourania and Nikos were very very nice, they were there all the time, ready to help or advise us, they even gave us cappucino from time to time. The Vila is also located not far from small Troulos beach, which is very nice, very clean, very quite, with a lot of tavernas with good food at good prices. Nikos pickep us up from the airport. The garden is also very nice and the terasses are large and views are fantastic. The rooms are large and were properly clean.
