Stunning grounds. The rooms were gorgeous and practical. Great for a family of four in the Luisa suite. We really loved it. Perfect location.

Very peaceful and a short walk to village… we hired e bikes which was fantastic to get around

It’s so beautiful - the decor, the facilities, the outdoor space. The sunset from the garden is just wonderful.

The breakfast would be a nice touch, but i think they are working on it already, for now you have to go into town to get something, or order delivery.

The place is simply stunning. There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.

The property was authentic and modern, with each studio apartment having its own balcony and private area. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked, and a short walk to Aegina Port. Beautiful sunset spot across the road overlooking the sea. Couldn’t recommend this property more, Anthe who looks after the property goes above and beyond to assist with any requests. She was there throughout our stay to give recommendations and suggestions. We will be back in the future, an absolute gem of a place.

The surroundings were absolutely beautiful! Felt like such a special place to be. Personally the location was perfect for us - quiet, peaceful, close to a cute beach, 15 minute walk into the old town for some delicious food. The finishings and facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some one write that there are not good wifi … but there are really good wifi . Sometimes are great then this are, but sometimes are great just to relax. So we liked all there 😎

Very nice rooms/appts set in lovely gardens, right across from the sea. A short 15 mins walk to town centre. Athene was very helpful and responsive.

The location was understated and gorgeous. Quiet and yet minutes away from the beach and town. The location has true Greek characteristics which adds to the charm. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. True Greek Filoxenia! Many thanks!

This property is outstanding! Our suite had a balcony facing each direction as well as the rooftop, and it was very private. The entire place is very nice especially the bed. There are several 1 min walking paths to private views of the sea to watch the sunset over the water. And the host went above and beyond: she recommended places on Aegina as well as Athens, shared history and culture, and quickly responded to any question. Absolutely the best in every way.

Shower wasn’t really hot. No big deal when its above 35 degrees outside.

Very functional and clean, nicely organized and tastefully renovated. Some of Nikolaou’s pictures are on the walls. Prints are for sale.

nothing to mention - everything was perfect!

We stayed in room "Luisa", a very nice and spacious room. The apartement was very detailed and provided everything that we needed (minifridge, plates, a blanket for the beach). Beautiful terrace to relaxe and read in the sun. At sundown you can watch the sunset from a plateau before the apartements. It was very quiet and we could easily relax from the noises and hectic of athens. It is a short 15-20 minute walk to the city, there you can find plenty of restaurants. Bonuspoints for the super friendly neighborhood cats.
