Everything was perfect there

The staff was very nice and welcoming, I arrived early (around 11.30 am) and Μερουλα invited me to use the swimming pool while waiting for my room to be ready. The room was ready quite fast and I am grateful for that early check-in. As for the room itself, everything was perfect, the bed comfortable, a nice balcony. The swimming pool is great. Βλυχάδα is a beautiful place that I recommend to whoever wants to stay away from the crowds. The sunset from this beautiful black sand beach is amazing. Μερουλα was also very kind to speak to me in Greek as I am learning the language. Thanks for the practice, it's thanks to patient people like her that I will improve ! I definitely recommend this place.

The wifi was very slow and sometimes didn’t work. The breakfast was simple, but could be ok for the people who are not used to fulfilling breakfast in the morning.

It was a great stay at Villa Michalis. The room was clean and big, the area is great if you have a car. They also have a great swimming pool and a clear territory around.

An electric water cooker in the room would have been nice. We are not a fan of a shower curtain.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Michalis is a friendly host, who makes good breakfasts every morning. The rooms are cleaned every day. The pool is nice and spacious. Vlychada is a small port town, with a nice harbour restaurant, from where you can look at the day trippers coming back in the evening. It is good to rent a car or scooter to visit the neighbourhood.

The location was a bit isolated so walking on the roads was a bit tricky but nonetheless, we had a beautiful sunset view every night. Rooms were a bit small for 2+ people but it was clean.

The pool was very big and warm, the food was exceptional (tzatziki mainly), rooms were a little small but had a nice view, breakfast was good.

The team was super friendly and accommodating. All the facilities are as mentioned we stayed in the quadruple room. The octopus is a must have it was just amazing. We had an early check in and a late check out.

A fantastic little family run hotel with a restaurant on site with delicious traditional Greek food. Off the beaten track away from the hoards but close enough to catch the bus or drive to Thira for a more bustling atmosphere. The owners were on site and extremely helpful with suggestions on where to visit and organising a hire car to be delivered to us at the hotel. Stavros welcomed is with a drink when we arrived and was a star - always jolly and on hand when needed and seemed to work tirelessly from morning to night making sure everyone had everything they needed. I cannot recommend this little gem highly enough. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

WiFi is only problem we had. It’s weak signals and time to time it’s disconnected completely.

Nice big room for family of 5. Good breakfast. Big parking space. Very generous offered by boss to keep our luggage and use swimming after we checked out. But we didn’t use it because of the plan.

This is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious; the restaurant served delicious Greek dishes. But best of all, the owners who are on site are warm and delightful people who were also very helpful. I will definitely stay there on my next trips to Santorini.
